  Loved my stay here, close to everything. Quiet bars very close, restraunts very close, bars with single male entertainment close by. Safe to walk home after a few drinks. Nice rooms, employees friendly rooms clean

  This is a great place for either short or long term rental. The rooms are very modern and up-to-date, and the staff is like at a four-star hotel. The owners are very conscientious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The only real negative is that the pool is a little out of date.

  Well managed residence for short or long term, rooms are cleaned weekly with proper walk-in shower…decent bed & the pricing is reasonable. Great convenient location, within walking distance to several eateries & bars. There’s also a nice rooftop pool and plenty of space to put out your laundry. Easy parking arrangements to keep your motorbike dry & safe.

  Large rooms. All conveniences. Large very clean swimming pool on 8th floor. Huge carpark on ground floor for motor bikes and bicycles. Bicycles free for guests. No restaurant, but when you walk out the door on to Pham Chu Trinh you will find 8 or 10 within walking distance. I wish I had found Bin An sooner. Reasonably priced. very good.

  Very well kept place. Great for short term and long term visits in Vung Tau Vietnam. The apartments come with their own kitchen and bathroom so you have everything you need to cook and prepare food. They do your laundry as part of the rent and clean your place once every few days. The location is also quite pleasant as it's situated where most expats are. This means it's easy to make friends. Easy to find things you want and easy to find food. There are many convenience stores along the street which means you can do all your grocery shopping in one place. Definitely worth the price and definitely worth the service! 4/5 would definitely come back!

  Not bad for the cheap price. With my opinion if you must choose the balcony room (400,000vnd/night), there is very little more expensive than the room without balcony so why not. Also i think it's good for who wants to stay long term (6 to 5,500,000 vnd/month). But you have to call to the place make sure it still able.
