  I rented from this spot on 1/6/26. The staffs are super friendly. They delivered to my apartment which was The Song within 10 mins! You do need to give them a form ID + a deposit of 1 mil (I rented 2 e-bikes). At the end of the night you will need to give them a call 15 minutes before going back to your hotel so they could come to pick it up. They then refunded the excess amount of my deposit. The prices are cheaper compared to the one near my apartment. I had a wonderful time with the bike! I spoke to them in Vietnamese, so I’m not sure if they speak English but try giving them a call. Highly recommend this rental spot :)
