Nice apartment for family vacation. The beach is about 3 minutes walk. There is a new waterpark nearby ( 5 minutes driving.)

I came back to visit my mom again, and it’s truly wonderful here. Weekdays are especially peaceful and quiet compared to the busier weekends. With the private beach and 15 security guards providing 24/7 security, everything feels very safe and well-maintained. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. 🌿

We have a beautiful view from the 12th floor over looking the ocean and fisherman and clammers. The resort is quickly falling apart due to pour maintenance everywhere. 4 of the beautiful Villas have been abandoned. The ones that are there are mostly excellent. The flowers and gardening is exceptionally well done by the many gardeners. I think the condo owners need to be charged much more to upgrade everything inside and outside. Needs paint everywhere. Abandoned villas should be repaired and sold off or simply torn down. Places that don’t care of their ponds and paint and maintenance should have it done for them and charged back to owners with a fine. Those that do a great job should be rewarded. The garbage in the towers is cleaned daily which was a nice surprise and the main areas are spotlessly clean.

This villa is pretty average. It is super old and it is not super clean. Missing towels and basic amenities. Be aware of the rating on Airbnb, the owner is forcing the people that went there ti change the rating because he is afraid not a lot of people would continue renting his villas.

We recently moved to another resort nearby, and after our experience here, I would strongly advise others not to rent at Aria Resort. This place is extremely unprofessional when it comes to how tenants are treated. There are around seven board members, and one in particular has displayed an ignorant and hostile attitude toward large dogs and their owners. Instead of focusing on actual community issues, management and board members spend their time recording and following residents while they walk their dogs to make sure they are muzzled. Even when the rules are being followed, they continue to stalk and monitor tenants in a way that feels invasive, creepy, and completely inappropriate. Meanwhile, there are far bigger issues being ignored — people not cleaning up after their pets, small dogs roaming without leashes, and inconsistent enforcement of rules depending on who you are. The selective treatment and unprofessional behavior create a toxic living environment. The board’s behavior, lack of professionalism, and poor management will eventually cause this place to decline. Tenants deserve to feel respected and safe in their own community, not harassed.

First night after check in- no electricity until 9:30pm! 10mil/night!!!. Nothing work: all doors lock are broken, broken shower heads, ac not working, after the first night the kitchen flooded by itself! The poorly was dirty! No amenities like towels, shower items, I don't even dare to you their towels has stains everywhere! Worst of the worst: thieves, I recognized the staff that came to clean in the morning thinking we all left the villa is the management lady who stole our expansive wine from the box. And than I also caught 2 lady entering from backyard pretending staffs thinking to steal more but I caught them than they quickly left the scene. This place is horrible as hell! Why vung tau has so many bad people. The 24hr convenient store all scam tourist selling a bag of 5k salt for 35k. Tourists should avoid this place!!!! I attached photos of those thieves! 10mil per night! You will be robbed as soon as you check-in! Take my words safe yourself!

The hotel is quite far from the city center, with a view of the sea. We checked in very late at 1 a.m. due to personal reasons. The room didn’t seem to be cleaned well as the floor was still sticky. One bathroom had a water leak, flooding the floor right from the moment we checked in. We reported it to the manager, and they sent someone to check, but our group couldn’t stay behind to supervise the repair, as our trip was only 1.5 days, our schedule was completely packed, and we couldn’t just stay to watch them fix it, since there was no other key. The other bathroom was also draining slowly. There was no option to change rooms or get a discount for these inconveniences. The swimming pool is small, not clean, with sand on the pool floor. For 2,700,000 VND for 2 days and 2 nights, you can find a better place elsewhere.

Second time visit this place, and somehow this place is worse than last time. The room's quality, if you only look at the surface, are passable. But many furnitures are dated or need repair. They have a laundry machine and a drying machine but both are broken. The wooden tiles on the stair are half broken as you can here cracking sound when stepping on them. The hot water only work in the morning. At night, only 1 room out 5 had hot water. The service is nearly barely there. We only saw a cleaning lady when we were about to check out. The only upside was they have large villa for large family trip.
