  Great value for money. The building definitely felt 5 star and the flat was spacious and very clean. Check in and check out was very easy. One thing though, if you like soft beds you might struggle to sleep, otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

  Nice building and layout. The actual apartments are strangely designed. The service sucks! On the weekends it is nearly impossible to find any space in the overcrowded, slow elevators!! No place to drink for adults. Kid noise from the kids level is constant and penetrates every level (great if you are a kid). No decent restaurant. Not going back.

  Quite dirty at night in the common area after people sit around and leave their trash. Even though the cleaning crew did a good job, for a short window of time it looks quite disgusting. After my stay, when I tried to check out at around lunch time, the elevators were overloaded, and I waited around 30 mins to get to the ground floor. Great location, affordable. I enjoyed my stay

  AnGia The Song in Vung Tau. It was an experience. 1. Elevators. There are only 4 Elevators in building B. And because so little Elevators and so many people = it was long wait. 2. It was noisy. Very little ( bad ) noise cancelling. Loud noises all the time. 3. Hallways was dirty, and lobby / reception was very small. Maximum 3 star here. Not sure if we return back to The Song.... Apartement we stayed in was very dirty, Landlord should clean much better. Not a pleasant stay.

  I'm trying to find the correct words to be helpful and not just vent but I have to admit. It's hard. Imagine it's your day off, you're in a beautiful garden, flowers, bushes, trees, benches to sit, nice winding pathways and as you're walking down this peaceful pathway you see a nice pond and as you keep walking towards this pond you realize that this pond has been converted in to a toilet with zero senitation, plumbing and any type of safety from the toxicity brewing there. If you're staying a couple days during the week you'll love it and experience the garden without making it to the pond, but if you're on a holiday and staying through the weekend I implore you do not stay here. You will lose your mind. In a closed elevator that I waited 20 minutes for, where people can hear each other whispering, a lady was full blown yelling!!! 3 to 4 days a week the place is worse than a bus stop toilet!! And at least at the bus stop you actually leave! This place is not a home! It's a tourist attraction ( not a great one at that, if you wanna see cool buildings go to Singapore or Dubai ) and the only relief is that most of the Saigon tourists have to leave soon. I wouldn't be upset if I actually got to read a review like this but everyone is so busy trying to figure out how to take a photo without people in it and post it they forget that someone actually lives here.

  They thought elevetor were roller coasters...... In 2 days in this residence i spent 5hours waiting for elevators, how a building can be that wrongly design? Appartement are OK, yet not good, rooftop swimming pool is really nice BUT the only thing that would make me spend hours in 2 days in queues is disneyland, not shitty elevator were your packed like hell and are 40 degrees... place to avoid for hollidays and week-end
