  Located in booming area for condominium with very close to the beach, super market and night market... My apt setup as Airbnb. 2 bedrooms, 2 Wc , kitchen and warmly sitting room.When you here feel like your home. Pls feel free to contact me. Zero nine zero eight 7475 double 3. Thanks.

  Bad. The back beach access was closed due to construction and no one tried to contact me about this information. The management staff was late despite me communicating with him my arrival time via WhatsApp. We had to stand outside to wait for him for 20 minutes and the room was not at all ready and we had to wait 1 extra hour to get everything ready. The housekeeping staff is very good at getting us everything we needed. The property is not like the photos anymore. We had curtain rods slumped and almost falling off in both of the apartments I booked (I booked two). And at night these humidity moths somehow got in and are all over the walls. The things going for it was the bed was comfy, the room was spacious and there was AC at a reasonable price. If the back beach access was open and the humidity moths issue was resolved, it is a great value. But due to the circumstances, I had a bad experience. I was disappointed and probably will not book here again.

  Let's starts with the pros: The location is great! And we had new towels and bed sheets. Now let's move on to the cons: I am uncertain weither the apartment was cleaned or not. The Dishes had stains, the floor and sink in the bathroom as well. Every time you entered the apartment you were welcomed by an unpleasant smell. The fold-out mattress unfortunately didn't fit anywhere in the bedroom but it would have fitted in the kitchen.

  I evaluate honestly and objectively with the desire to give suggestions to build a tourism community with a true vacation, without bringing frustration to people when spending money and time going out. Everyone should take some time to read the reviews below before choosing this building as their overnight stay in Vung Tau. The building has a great location, right by the sea. However, the room rental service is a big question mark. The owner of the 12th floor apartment, room number 1, not living here or nearby, but only operates remotely via phone. Therefore, it is your good luck to meet your needs when problems arise. This is a "fantastic" apartment, with smart TV but very old, far from what you see in other rental apartments; air conditioner (refurbished antique) blows the whole room (with desktop fan supporting) but the remote control cannot control the desired temperature; room service cleans the room dirty, so you should remember to take the time to clean it and unclog the clogged drain yourself again, for sure; no drinking water (with compliments); furniture such as beds, bed cabinets, mattresses... are reused, not in good conditions as expected; the hair dryer rattles like a gun; Free parking on the roadside (with petty theft, or broken glass, wiper, etc., it's considered a promotion right away ha 😡). I will never come back!!!!! Should have only rated 1 star, but the location near the sea should "give an extra" 1 star for objectivity.

  We stopped here and booked the 3 bedroom apartment. Then was told we needed to wait 5 minutes for the key. Well after 15 minutes we were told the lady that owns the apartment was coming to drop off the key. Then all of a sudden we were told she was up stairs at the room. We thought great so the bell hop was to bring us upstairs( elevator requires key card) but he disappeared. This place was so disorganized. We had to ask for a refund. Can't really say how nice the rooms are. But that's what happened to us. Sad

  The hotel/apartments have a cockroach infestation. Starting at the bottom, the garage is filled to the brim with the black sewer cockroaches. We had an apartment on the 20th floor and the brown cockroaches were running throughout the apartment every every single night. From what we saw, the building itself has a low amount of maintenance. People are living there, people are happy, there's a huge amount of long-term residents, but for us the cockroaches had us move out.
