  Chỗ này ở ổn áp lắm, giá rẻ mà chất lượng siêu tốt luôn. Ở giá bình dân mà phục vụ như 5 sao vậy đó. Siêu recommend cho mn ở đây nha

  Erica House nằm trong The Sóng nên tiện nghi rất ok, có hồ bơi, phòng xông hơi, gym, nhưng phí gửi xe hơi dưới hầm khá cao

  We enjoyed our stay in the studio apartment on floor 29.08. Balcony facing inwards with clothes rack for hanging out laundry. Small table and two chairs. Our room was spacious and relatively clean. Couch. Fan. Full length mirror. Dining table, 4 chairs. Coffee table. Dressing table with stool. Block out curtains worked well. Plenty of power points. Free 1.5L water. Smart TV. Iron. Hairdryer. Washing machine. Mini fridge. There are minibar items for purchase. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. No washing powder. Body wash provided. Shampoo was empty. Tuesday - pool closed. There are Saunas is in the ladies and men’s toilets on floor 36th with infinity pool. Must rinse off in the shower before entering pool. Put your shoes in the yellow marked area before entering pool area. Motorbike parking in the basement is 5k each exit, 20k overnight. Free if renting it through Erica’s house. 150k/day. Lottemart is a short walk away. The boys at reception were helpful whenever we needed anything. Their office is the first office on the right hand side as you are walking in - 1.24. They will walk you to your apartment. We would’ve liked a microwave, dish rack, tea towel and a cloth to wipe the benches down. We would definitely rent from Erica’s house again 😊.

  Nhà mình có đặt phòng trên Booking, check in 30/5. Trước khi đến nơi thì chồng mình có gọi trước báo khoảng 1 tiếng nữa sẽ tới nhận phòng, người nghe máy cũng ok anh anh tới nơi thì gọi nha. Nhưng sau khi nhà mình đến lúc tầm 13:55 thì gọi số điện thoại liên hệ mãi mà không ai bắt máy, suốt hơn 20 phút, có thể là 30 phút, do 2 người thay phiên gọi liên tục. Không hiểu kiểu gì??? Thế là cha mẹ con cái (2 trẻ em dưới 6 tuổi) trưa nắng nheo nhóc ở giữa đường nửa tiếng, không biết phải xử lý như thế nào cũng chẳng thể kêu ai. Một trải nghiệm thật tồi tệ!!! Vô tình mình tìm hiểu được số điện thoại liên hệ này là văn phòng nào nên mới có thể vào trực tiếp yêu cầu nhận phòng, nhờ vậy mà tránh được 1 chuyến du lịch thảm họa do bên căn hộ hết sức vô trách nhiệm, khi đó mình cũng có hỏi sao số điện thoại gọi mãi không được thì chả có lấy 1 lời xin lỗi hay gì mà toàn nói lảng sang chuyện khác cho qua. Nếu đây chỉ là sự cố thì bên page nên rút kinh nghiệm cung cấp thêm số điện thoại dự phòng cho khách liên hệ khi đến check in, ghi rõ cả địa chỉ văn phòng chứ không phải kiểu thích thì nghe máy không thích thì bốc hơi như vậy.

  Dịch vụ tệ kinh khủng. Mình book phòng hôm nay trước khi đến đã nhắn tin gọi điện hỏi báo trước. Vào nhận phòng đợi 30p mới có phòng vừa lên phòng thì lễ tân báo nhầm phòng khách đã đặt cọc trước 😀 trong khi mình thanh toán toàn bộ rồi. Báo mình xuống phòng khác cũng hoan hỉ, xuống thì phòng chưa dọn xong rác nguyên trước cửa, phòng hôi, sofa dơ nói thì kh có 1 lời xin lỗi🙏. Báo để thẻ phòng hoàn tiền. Các bạn ơi các bạn làm dịch vụ mà thái độ bạn vậy à. NÊN NÉ BÊN NÀY NHA MỌI NGƯỜI 🙏🙏🙏🙏. LẦN ĐẦU BOOK THE SONG MÀ GẶP VẬY LUÔN ĐÓ. MẤT THỜI GIAN RƯỚC BỰC VÀO NGƯỜI

  Mmmm. Where do I start? The fact they charged my CC immediately for a 10 night stay despite the booking agency, VRBO stating we wouldn’t be charged until 2 weeks prior to booking, the fact they wanted a 90% cancellation fee less than 1 hour from booking. Despite me contacting the apartment twice in the lead up to our stay I never had a reply, I was never sent instructions on where to book in. The place was filthy and mouldy, soap scum coated the bathroom, the chrome taps, towel rails and the shower heads. (one star for the shower, it was very good) It had an unpleasant lingering odour all the time we were there despite the door to the balcony being regularly open. There weren't any cleaning products apart from 25mm (an inch) of dishwash liquid, but no cloth or brush. There was a mildewy half used roll of toilet paper and no soap or shampoo. We reported a broken seal in the s bend under the bathroom sink on day 2 (water flowed out of the trap and onto the floor). It wasn't fixed during our stay. The room wasn't serviced in the 10 day stay, we needed to wash the towels and bed linen using detergent that we brought. Not specifically the fault of Erica’s House, but the lifts in the building are appalling. Huge queues at most times of the day, a complete waste of time. One star because I cannot give none. Don.
