  I think this is a Russian restaurant chain since I’ve seen the same name in other cities in this country. The main chef here is from Moldova, and he makes great food. We came as a group of three and ordered four different dishes, and everything was tasty and well made. The flavors felt authentic, the portions were satisfying, and the overall experience was better than expected. A solid place to come with friends if you want a reliable meal.

  First time to dine at the Alex, great service backed up with superb foods and flavours. A bit of a hidden location of Leloi but well worth it. My wife and I shared the borsch soup, cabbage rolls and the salmon potatoe pancakes all were outstanding. In all a wonderfull experience!

  Truly amazing all around. We weren’t super familiar with Russian food being from California and this was sooo good. Great service, the waiter was lovely and very proud of the food so he helped us pick a great meal. The hashbrowns were next-level - so crispy and flavorful (we got the mush room and cheese). The Borsch was fantastic (the waiter taught us how to have with a shot of vodka to cleanse the palette - delightful). The chicken was perfectly cooked (and we are picky because so often skewers are dry and not good). As a bonus, the music selection was great, very cool and hip decor. 5 stars, would recommend!

  wow this is the best russian restaurant i have ever been to! tastes like at home. prices are cheap and the portions are super big!!! the waiter even spoke Russian i wish i could eat here every day but i live in hcm

  The food was realistically, and delightfully Russian. The serving staff was far above average; being aware, available, helpful, and very personable. The location is tucked away, with minimal or no noisey background, but still very accessable. Truly worth going to, and going back to, we will.
