  Amazing food and ambience. Service staff were very accommodating for dietary changes. Top quality meat not found anywhere else. Head Chef Thành showcased high level care and quality with all our dishes. Must try is their special Vodka Caramel!

  This place was very modern, quite beautiful and had many dishes to choose from. The fresh salad dishes, beef, pasta were super wonderful, as well as the cocktails that were on point. The customer service was exceptional, especially Chef Thành and the back of house team, who prepared our food and checked in to make sure everything suited our taste

  I had a fantastic culinary experience at El Gaucho Vung Tau. The steak here was truly top-notch; the beef was perfectly prepared, retaining its juiciness and distinctive flavor. The side dishes and wines were also a perfect match. A must-visit for lovers of high-quality American and Australian beef

  We came here by chance. Waiter Ahl was super nice and carefull. I had the Japanese Wagyu and I highly recommend it. Never eaten something Like that before. We will def come again

  Beautiful restaurant with excellent food. The menu is expansive and includes something for everyone. Our server, Ahl, was wonderful- very attentive and pleasant. I highly recommend El Gaucho and Ahl!
