The staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant it self is very nice, cosy and has plenty of green plants that gives such a vibrant colour. But the food, my god the food!! We came back every day for an entire week just for the food. It was just incredible, perfectly seasoned, good portion sizes, alot of different selections with a dessert menu to match. This is a MUUST experience place in Vung Tau, we will definitely come back here mainly for this restaurant ❤️

It's not only a bakery, it's an art when you got into the store with simple decoration. We got a matcha, a crossant, an expresso & a cheese cake for breakfast. We keep coming back for cake on my mom's birthday. It's fabulous!

Once inside PAROS Dining & Patisserie Vung Tau, we were received by the staff and shown to our seats after indicating that we’d like to be seated indoors. There’s actually an air-conditioned area indoors but it was full this morning. This is also the same area where the toilets are located. So if you’re in non-AC areas, you’d have to come into this area to use the washroom. The menu of PAROS Dining and Patisserie is beautifully curated, with profile photos of its offerings such as the brunch dishes, toasts, skillets and coffee. While the offerings were not extensive, the items seemed of rather good quality and of course, more affordable when compared to cafes in Singapore. There’s also a separate bakery menu on the table that allows you to order pastries of the day including croissants, chocolate au pain and more! What We Had at PAROS Dining & Patisserie Vung Tau After browsing through the menu of Paros Dining & Patisserie Vung Tau, we decided upon Bacon & Egg Dark Rye (118K VND) Scrambled Egg Croissant (128K VND) Pain Au Chocolate (68k VND) Vietnamese Coffee over Ice (38k VND)... Secret gem. Located back from ocean surrounded by plants and an amazing view. Stopped here for a coffee at first electing to try their menu and wasn't disappointed. Food presentation exactly as the pictures and the taste even better. Had the beef patty burger which melted in my mouth. Croissants were perfect fluffy and yummy 😋 Thanks for the experience

Perfect scrambled egg. The wagyu pho was good - maybe I was just expecting more of that Southern-style flavor. Nice, clean presentation. Chill, artsy vibe. The manager/owner was super friendly and nice. Great price - totally worth it. Definitely coming back to try the desserts - I was way too full this time😅

Good brunch cafe near the beach with nice bread and decent food. The space is fairly pleasant, and you can sit inside or outside with an ocean view. The banh mi chao was very good, while the French toast could be better. The service also has room for improvement, especially since some nearby spots offer friendlier and more attentive staff. Still, coming in for coffee, dessert, or pastries makes good sense, as the atmosphere and location are relaxing and convenient.

1/2026 Dinner went much better than expected: pasta with crab meat was good and the seabass was very good. Prices are high and portions not so generous. ---- Wanted to try their "artisan gelato" hoping for something good but nope... It's worse than Italian industrial ice cream... I wonder if there's any fruit inside or it's pure chemicals and sugar... Anyway, the place and the menu look interesting, I would reconsider it for other food than gelato.
