  My family and I travelled to Vietnam from Calgary, Alberta, Canada in November 2018, and we enjoyed 4 nights at BH Residence in Vung Tau. Breakfast was included and the food was great! Our room was clean and the staff were like family by the time we left. We were a 15 minute walk from the beach (China Sea), Belly's Watering Hole & Pub, and there were many interesting restaurants & markets to enjoy. Overall we really had a wonderful time and would definitely return! Thank you!

  Over the years I have stayed in dozens of commercial hotels motels resorts etc and I've never been so happy with my accommodation From the moment I arrived I was made to feel extremely welcomed all of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is great although not huge and I used it most mornings The rooms are quite large importantly for me the bed was very very comfortable A great en suite unfortunately the balcony coped afternoon sun which would be the only minor criticism it's all got a very well equipped kitchen and the full-sized fridge if you have whilst staying there any concerns or queries the staff are always happy to help.

  We had a great experience in BH Residence on March 2021. The service is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The great view on the top swimming pool. But the facilities in the room is quite old, hope that could be improve on this time. We will return on March this year.

  @ Vee Murphy, you must be medically incompetent. Your 1st review and you're complaining about the staff don't know any English? So confusion? I gave up right there. I've read through the reviews and can't find anyone mentioning that overcharging is a very common thing. Sorry about that lads and now back to the actual review. Starting off with the staff, all of them were helpful, few items were missing from the room but that got resolved quickly. The room were cleaned daily. Nice rooftop pool and good breakfast. Great location, 10-15 minutes to both back & front beach. Would stay here again. 🙂

  A good stay for few nights on January 2026. The room was old, but very clean. There is a nice pool on the roof terrace. A big thank you especially to Kim at the reception. She was always so nice and helpful!! She also arranged a very good transportation to the airport at the end of my stay.

  Very disappointed with my latest stay at BH Residence Inn from the first day of checking in. Struggle to get even a basic request without asking numerous times. ||There’s no hot water to shower in the morning and night time as they depend on solar power and won’t flick the electricity for hot water during the night. Be prepared for cold showers.||Was moved from an apartment to a room without any hot water and then was asked to moved again. Housekeeping was slacked in cleaning the room. They were supposed to clean the room daily as advertised but was told just then that’s it is every two days which I protested.||Another advice is to check your hotel rate first as all three of us got different rates for the same room.||Kudos to the receptionist who was helpful in resolving our problems with room keycards and housekeeping issues.

  Great value for the price. Staff are friendly and helpfully kind. Love the pool. Location of the hotel is middle of Phan chu Thrinh street where is many good restaurants to eat and spend good time in the evenings. Hotel offers lovely breakfast on rooftop poolrestaurant during weekends and restaurant downstairs during weekdays.

  We often stay here when we come to Vung Tau. Nice clean rooms and apartments (with washing machine). Lovely friendly staff on reception! Amazing buffet breakfast included in price - ladies there can’t do enough for you. Small swimming pool on top not enough space for chairs around it. That said, I still enjoy swimming in the pool. Thanks! And see you next time x
