We had a really solid experience here, especially for the price. The hotel feels new. As a group of 4 adults and two children, we stayed in a multi-bedroom rooms which were good for traveling with kids. A huge plus for us was the floor—it was clean enough that our toddler could walk around barefoot. The rooms were well thought out with clean toilets, shower cabins and nice multi-module room lighting. It had a balcony with a beautiful view, a mini-fridge, and a kettle. The best part was the AC; it’s a "chiller" type and they’ve positioned the units so the air doesn’t blow directly onto the beds. The service was lovely. The receptionist, Lee, was very friendly, and even though there was a bit of a language barrier, we communicated perfectly using Google Translate. We had a couple of duvet covers durtied by small kids, which they refreshed for us free of charge. A few things to note: The Key: They only provide one keycard, which is a bit of a hassle if your group wants to split up. Breakfast: Plan to have a breakfast somewhere else. We were staying during the weekdays and I would say hotel staff did a good job for the price of the breakfast, but try to find another option. The restaurant, which is located on the roof (level 8) was functioning only for providing breakfast and closed for the rest of the time. We were able to eat food that we bought outside for a dinner at the empty restaurant. We made sure to leave tables and plates clean and staff were ok with it, which was also nice. Tip for laundry: If you need laundry done, search for "Giặt Ủi Vũng Tàu Xanh" on the map. It’s about 400 meters east. They wash, dry, and fold for 35,000 VND per kilo. They are fast and open late—you can literally drop your clothes off on the way to the beach and pick them up fresh 2–3 hours later. The location is a short walk to the sea, and there are great Turkish and Indian restaurants nearby if you want a break from seafood. Beds were comfortable and wide. When we checked-in we noticed some stains on the curtains as if kids wiped their hands with them after eating fruits, but for a spacious, clean, and affordable family stay, it’s a good pick. We are thankful for this experience, for hospitality and effort of people that made it possible!

Amazing hotel in Long Khanh. The aesthetic is both classly and tasteful. The hotel was spotless with cleaners regularly checking in to see if you need anything done in your room. There is a pool for guests as well that is well maintained. A great option for those visiting Long Khanh

1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointing Experience at Green LP Hotel, Vung Tau My stay at Green LP Hotel in Vung Tau was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The biggest issue was the unprofessional and extremely rude behavior of the staff, especially the receptionists and breakfast staff. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist team was loud, careless, and shockingly disrespectful. Instead of providing a welcoming atmosphere, they spoke to guests with an attitude that felt dismissive and irritated. Their tone, body language, and unwillingness to help made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. The breakfast staff were equally rude, speaking harshly to guests, ignoring basic requests, and behaving as if they were being inconvenienced by simply doing their job. Breakfast service felt uncomfortable rather than relaxing. For a hotel that advertises hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort, the lack of basic respect from the staff completely ruined the experience. Traveling should feel welcoming and safe, not stressful due to aggressive or rude behavior from employees. I would not recommend Green LP Hotel to anyone until they seriously address their staff training, professionalism, and customer service standards.

If you like living on farms, you should stay at this hotel. My mom booked 3 nights here and had to move after the first night because a rooster woke her up at 4am and there were mosquitoes in the room. She did not get a refund.

I would not recommend booking a room at this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Excessive Noise (Crowing) from Chickens I booked a room with a balcony. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the room was exposed to very loud chicken crowing from nearby roosters. The noise was constant and disruptive. I approached the reception desk and was moved to a room on a different floor. While the noise was less severe in the second room, it was still clearly audible and negatively affected my sleep quality and overall stay. 2. Language Barrier The staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult whenever assistance was needed. 3. Poor Service Quality and Misleading Information Regarding a Refund I originally booked a two-night stay. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to check out the morning after my arrival. Because the receptionist spoke very little English, our conversation was conducted using both Google Translate and ChatGPT to ensure there was no misunderstanding. At approximately 10:00 AM, I asked whether I could receive a refund for the second, unused night. The receptionist confirmed that I would receive a refund and explained that, since the booking had been made through Agoda, the refund would be processed through Agoda once the hotel approved the request. At around 11:00 AM, during checkout, I again confirmed that the refund would be approved and processed through Agoda. Once again, the receptionist assured me that everything was fine and that the hotel would approve the request. However, a few hours later, Agoda contacted me and informed me that the hotel had rejected the refund request due to its cancellation policy. I fully understand that hotels may have policies that prevent refunds, and I would have accepted such a decision if it had been communicated clearly from the beginning. What I found disappointing was being told twice, through translated conversations designed to avoid any misunderstanding, that I would receive a refund, only to learn later that the hotel had denied the request. 4. Lack of Hospitality Throughout my stay, I found the staff to be unfriendly and unwelcoming. Do not expect much in the way of greetings, smiles, or customer service. I have been living in Vietnam for many years and have stayed in numerous hotels in Vung Tau. Based on my experience, several nearby hotels offer better service, a more comfortable stay, and better overall value for a similar price. For these reasons, I would not stay at this hotel again and would recommend considering other nearby options instead.

Room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Hotel close to great eateries etc. However, there is a Bar next door which operates 7 days per week, closing at 2.00am each day. We stayed last Sat and Sun night and had to endure very loud bass pumping sound till 2.00am one night and 1.00am, the other. Multiple complaints to management were ineffective as was a request to move rooms. Staff confirmed that noise from the Bar had been an ongoing issue. Very little sleep for 2 nights as Bar patrons remain on site for hours after closing. Would not recommend this hotel. Otherwise, we had a great time in the area.

It was truly a great experience. I really enjoyed the stay — everything was clean, comfortable, and the location was excellent. Everything was taken care of; I didn’t have to think about anything.

A fantastic new hotel with access to lots of amenities, Vietnamese and Western, on the main road behind the seafront.|The staff are fantastic, they are still new and learning about western culture but so keen to learn and find out what we want/ need.|Everything is so spotlessly clean everywhere. Our room is cleaned and towels are changed daily.|The pool is small but perfect for a dip to cool off in the afternoon with an amazing waterfall. |We are only in our 4th day of 10, normally wouldn't review until the end but think it's highly deserved.||There were only 3 reviews when we booked, so we took a chance. A fantastic decision, unique staff and owners, you won't be disappointed. |I hope there's room here when we come back!!!
