  Prime location, easy access to most sites you'd want to visit. Walking instead of using a car will get you discover some hidden gems. The staff & securities are nice and professional. The rooms are basic so not much to talk about it. There was a free pool on the 9th floor but operating hours seem to be a bit little, maybe due to short staff (?) Anyway, good experience overall.

  I stayed here for 2 nights during new year's eve, clean room and clean facilities. It's a bit far from city center and main beach 15 min by motorcycle. Even though there's a beach infront the hotel and a few cafés around it. Also, next to the ferry station. "The room was a problem in the beginning because they offered me a different one even with a video they sent me, then during the check-in I asked to see the room first and surprised it was another one. I ended up paying more to upgrade the room because manager refused to fix their own mistakes with the wrong room booked initially, not good". It is noisy for a construction next to the place and also my room was near the elevator, so couldn't rest after 6am, hearing all people going in-out. The buffet breakfast was average, nothing special. They charge parking so make sure you ask them in advance about it, then you get a card free of charge, had to come back to the reception for it, better is the staff is put more attention to this small matters. I booked the room directly with the hotel.

  The hotel is a typical local hotel that provides you with basic amenities. Personally I like the mattress because of the softness. If you come as a couple the queen/king size bed is actually 2 mattress joined together could easily split with a bit of pressure of a person sleeping or sitting in between. The included breakfast was a disappointment, I have had much better options and taste in a cheaper hotel. Besides the lobby on the day time had some AC, the other locations and hallways have none causing you to feel stuffy. The kids playroom had no ventilation so I'm unsure who would even let their kids play in there. The swimming pool located on the 9th floor was a good location since it's shaded with a nice view of the surrounding hills and sea

  A very bad hotel in term of service. They do not support any food even instant noodle even 2 star hotel can do. Also, they do not apply any cancellation policy that you need to be very careful on wrong booking. I went Euroup, all Asian countries they are applied cancellation policy but this one NO. Otherwise, receptionist who the old man are very consevative and give no support on everything. He more like sercuirty or even police rather than receptionsist. I need to go 30 minutes to buy food after checking in

  Was a nice place to stay we enjoyed the pool but wished it was open past 6pm The breakfast was amazing had lots of options eggs how you like them and everything else fruits maybe could have been a few others besides watermelon and banana but no realComplaints there!The room when we arrived seemed to have a film on all the surfaces which when i told them they sent someone to clean it.  The view from the suite is nice you can catch the sunset from the room or the pool was a great place to!I would recommend the place the staff were very friendly and very helpful.

  I stayed 3nights at this hotel . This hotel to far from everything we have to catch grab to to restaurant most and best restaurants are far . From this hotel I requested queen bed they give to us 2 single bed and they joined taoughther the mattress wasn'tt comfortable and the breakfast buffet it's was basic not much collation

  My wife's niece booked our hotel stay here in Vung Tau, we also invited 15 other family members to come with us from HCMC. Niece got us a 2 bedroom apartment as its called there, it was very nice. 2 seperate bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchenette and dining table. We had a room on the 10th floor, overlooking the ocean, extremely happy with nieces choice. I did not deal with the staff because was not needed and the pool has a killer view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was really good, asian breakfast but alot of staff, to restock food, clean tables and such. The bed they had in our room was probably the best bed I ever slept in, very comfortable from a seasoned traveler. Only small points off was that the beach is across the street but only giant rocks and no place to lay out or to take little kids to frolic. You have to go about 6 miles to find a kid friendly beach. Second, the pool with its great view, was too cold for our kids, even with the heat and humidity outside, they only stayed in for few minutes. Highly recommend for those not having kids and not needing to lay out in the sand.
