  Khánh and Bich were great therapists and a much needed spa treatment on a long holiday! The people here in this spa are very welcoming and Quynh was an absolute superstar full of energy and smiles! We loved her! We got to use the sauna and the jacuzzi as a part of the package and loved it! Thank you for a great experience, we will be back!

  The best experience if you get the chance to try any of the massage 💆‍♂️ packages .I suggest to buy it with the hotel package so that you can walk in anytime esp after working hours. Even the 30mins experience is worth it. Massage therapist Truc and receptionist Vy are the best at what they do. Highly recommend 👌

  Deep Tissue for my dad and a Blissful Package inkl. Body Massage Facial Care and Body Scrub was phenomenal. My treatment from NHS was very professional, careful and respectful, which is very important to me. I felt relaxed and safe. Also important that the front desk Thuy Cao speaks English perfectly and made a short consultation. All in all professional.

  Super good spa! We had Deep tissue massage and got infrared sauna after the massage without rushing you. Very relax here! Thanks to all the staffs especially therapists who served me. Good service and quality.

  I had a truly perfect experience at the spa! The place itself is amazing clean, peaceful, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. The masseuses are highly skilled, professional, attentive, and know exactly how to tailor the treatment to your needs. On top of that, the whole staff is considerate, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience at the highest level!

  Today I booked a massage session at Maia spa, I arrived early and was very enthusiastically supported by the new staff and the technicians' techniques were very good. Thank you Maia spa for bringing a truly wonderful vacation. I will come back to Fusion if I have the chance.

  I stayed at Fusion Suites Vung Tau for two nights and initially had a wonderful experience. As a first-time guest, the hotel exceeded my expectations; the staff were attentive, and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel team was especially helpful in assisting us with fridge space for our 7 month old’s milk. However, our last day was completely ruined by an incredibly disappointing experience at Maia Spa. My wife and I had back to back 30 minute appointments (10:00 AM and 10:45 AM) because one of us always needs to be with the baby. The day before, the spa staff suggested we combine these into one 60minute session for me. At 9:50 AM, an unexpected issue with the baby meant I would be 5–10 minutes late. I proactively messaged the spa to let them know. Despite the combined slot technically lasting until 11:15 AM, the staff refused to give me the full 60 minutes, insisting I could only have 50. This felt like petty bargaining, especially since they were the ones who suggested combining the sessions in the first place. The most upsetting part was when the staff told me that if I "must come down right now," I could have the full 60 minutes. This was incredibly insensitive. I had already explained I was busy tending to my infant; forcing a guest to choose between their child and a spa appointment is unacceptable. I am paying above 4,000,000 VND per night a premium holiday rate comparable to international 5 star brands and I did not expect to have to argue over 5 minutes of service while busy with a baby. I ended up canceling the treatment as the stress completely ruined the mood. Since this service was included in my room rate, I feel this was a total waste of both my time and money.
