  The studio is clean, spacious, and equipped with a wide variety of new, high-quality equipment. The experienced coaches provide personalized attention to each member, thanks to the small class sizes. Private classes elevate this experience even further, offering tailored guidance. The low-impact, high-intensity training is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It might look easy but trust me, it is not effortless. You’ll sweat and stretch your back pain out. Highly recommended!

  I have been playing this sport for 5 years. I was an international student in the US for 14 years. Therefore, when i had ended off my spring semester, i came back to Vietnam to visit and looked for a pliates studio where i can do some exercises with a professional trainer. Fortunately, i was introduced the lavie pilates studio by my close friend. Some extremely remarkable points that i have experienced in this place : Firstly, i supposed to say that the trainer was really professionally that i have ever seen before. She was alway took care her customers and always stay closely to see Whether the customer was practicing the wrong posture or not.And after each workout session, she always recommends stretching to her clients. Secondly, all of the exercise machine were the lastest machine at this studio. These machines will be always cleaned and maintained if they have dust or errors. I have been doing exercise in this studio for half of year, so i could not find any errors or anything else until now. You should try it !

  Decor good vibe hiện đại, mình thích có phòng cá nhân riêng 1-1 vs PT, time dc linh hoạt, PT dth chuyên nghiệp cực kìii ❤️🫰🏻. Ưng lémmm

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Pilates studio. I wanted to join the 8 AM training group and confirmed there was availability via a Zalo conversation. However, when I arrived, a trainer with an utterly unwelcoming demeanor informed me that the session was no longer an option. The studio itself does not look as nice as it does in the Facebook photos, and considering the high prices they charge, I expected a much better experience. Additionally, for anyone considering morning lessons, be aware that there is a local market happening at this time. This makes the place noisy and open to outside view, which is far from the peaceful and private environment one would expect for a Pilates session. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this studio to others.
