  We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria Châu Đốc Hotel. Everything came together beautifully: great location, excellent staff, delicious food, and a wonderful overall vibe. From the moment we arrived, we simply felt good being there. Our room was comfortably sized, clean, and well maintained, with a lovely view of the water and a balcony overlooking the river, which made our stay especially relaxing. The restaurant is spacious, elegant, and well designed, and the staff there were truly outstanding. The food selection was varied and consistently very good, making each meal enjoyable. A special highlight was the opportunity to chat with the hotel’s General Manager, Mr. Tuan—a true gentleman with an impressive sense of service and professionalism. His demeanor reflects the high standards of the hotel and the care given to guests. We wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Châu Đốc Hotel and would happily stay here again.

  Service over the phone and booking was made very pleasant and efficient as WhatsApp communication was clear. Breakfast buffet has good selection between local and western culture. Room is spacious and bed was very comfy. Local amenities are great as big supermarket and local market is one step away. Riverview gives you a genuine Vietnamese nostalgic experience. Sky view in the morning and afternoon are indescribable.

  Unless you can sleep through anything, avoid street facing room. Beef steak for dinner was very tough and gristly. Room’s tv remote needed to be charged and the safe wasn’t working. However, the hotel is charming French colonial style and faces the river. The breakfast buffet was also nice.

  It was a nice hotel, great comfortable bar, lobby, and reception. Unfortunately the food was not good. Rooms have great views of the Mekong, however, you cannot really enjoy the balconies because of insects, which is just a result of where you are. They arranged some tours for us, which were very average, and did a good job on securing us a place on the speed boat up to Cambodia.

  Chau Doc is off the beaten tourist path. We were delighted to find this hotel with all sorts of colonial charm. The staff was attentive. We had a a fabulous hot pot dinner and breakfast. The location is right at the dock for the speed boat to Phnom Phen.

  Magnificent hotel, very well located facing the river. We had a 4-days stay in Chau Doc, with ery beautiful and interesting excursions in the surroundings, organized by the hotel. Alex our guide was fantastic. Thanks to all the hotel employees for their warm and efficient welcome. A great stay !

  This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a suite which was spacious for us and our teenage son, and had amazing views of the river. We ate in the restaurant, the food was really good and there was a good variety of options. I would recommend going on a tour, the river tour was excellent as was the nature tour. Chau doc is also a nice place to walk around. We were heading to Cambodia on the speedboat which you get at the ho|Overall I would recommend a stay here it is good value for money.

  For this area, the location is really convenient. There’s a big supermarket and a few cafés right across the street, and it’s easy to walk out in the evening to grab food or just take a walk. Getting to nearby attractions by car is also quite easy and doesn’t take long.What I enjoyed the most was the night view of the Mekong River. Sitting by the river with a cocktail in the evening was very relaxing and definitely one of the highlights of the stay.The staff were polite and friendly, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming.
