  I didn't stay at this place although it seemed to me very clean and professional but I have directly rent a motorbike here for a few days to explore this beautiful region and the sacred mountains and I have to say I'm super super happy with the service I have received! Everything was super easy and stress free and it costed me 160 a day. Plus when I have returned the bike, the owner was so kind to drive me directly to my hotel as it was a bit far away. Thank you so much for such kindness and professionalism, I'll definitely rent again the motorbike here if I would be again in this beautiful town and region which left me such a great memory!!

  Room is clean and comfortable. The hotel also provided motorbike rental service. You can fully enjoy tourism spots around the small town with motorbike. The front desk personnel’s English is not good enough for tourism inquiry.

  No Credit Card accepted! The point that they don't accept any credit card is the most annoying aspect of the hotel. Also as this was not mentioned prior to us as we checked in. We were flashed as we were expecting to pay by card. This generated a bit of a uncomfortable situation as we hadn't enough VND left out the situation that we left Vietnam on that day. We were forced to pay in US dollars which we had as we needed them for the Cambodia visa. After some discussion we paid 20 US dollars, but only after we could show the price on our online booking record. Otherwise I'm pretty sure they would charge us more. For that I only rate it as one star hotel. Communication is extremely difficult, only one person speaks English, the personal on the counter doesn't understand a single word. Lower standard hotel, okay for one or two nights. Don't expect too much, for 20 US dollars a night. Room are larger than expected, but not really clean for this type of standard but room clear need some renovation. Some bug's are always with you in this type of hotel, so don't overestimate. Gecko's spend the night with us but this is okay as they eat the bugs in the bed.

  In short, with the price of $US11/n, we could not find any similar hotel with aircon room, clean and decent room size as Dong xanh hotel. The room has a good shower pressure and a big screen TV with a few English speaking channels. It is unbeatable.|Ha, the manager at the front desk speaks good English. He has knowledge of where to go in Chaudoc. We took his recommendation for the “Rung tram Tra su” tour, and we appreciated after the tour done.|Overall, we found satisfactions and will return to this hotel in the future.

  I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean with a good tv and WiFi. The hotel was quite deserted but that may be because it was off peak season. Most of the staff couldn't speak English, and hence we couldn't get any answers from them. There was only one man who could speak English, and if you're lucky he'll be there. The laundry service provided is quite expensive. The location is quite good, walking distance from the main town area and the river.

  The room was very modern with a comfortable bed, large screen smart TV, fridge, aircon and good wifi. Large clean bathroom. I would rate this as similar to 3 to 4 star rooms that I have stayed in elsewhere. For US$13, I thought that it was fantastic value. Front desk staff were very helpful. Not in the centre of town but quieter as a result.

  The hotel is modern and clean, with a large comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. AC works well. It is located a bit outside "downtown", but you can borrow bicycles free of charge for as long as you want. The staff is friendly and helpful, they helped me book a sleeper bus to Hô Chi Minh with free pickup at the hotel. There a few choices for breakfast, and as many people noted, the banana pancake is delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Châu Dôc.

  Stayed two nights. Good check in. Man on desk spoke good English and was helpful. Gave us a map of the area and ideas of where to eat. Around 25 min walk to center. They only had 1 bicycle available so we rented a motorbike for 150,000 dong (£5) and went to Sam mountain. We stayed away from the main road mostly and it was a pleasant ride. They only had a triple room left when we booked so we took that. It was huge. Very clean. It was at the back so really quiet except when the room next door turned their TV on at 5 am and the renovation workers started at 7 am! Very good shower albeit the water takes a bit of time to warm up. Beds comfortable and clean. Good WiFi. Breakfast available for 40,000 dong, either banana pancakes, eggs or bread and jam with hot drink.
