Really good. Their service is very okay. Located near a quiet market. Hence, you can buy most of the things you may need

Needed a place to stay after the boat from Phnom Penh, cheap. I had a front room so was woken by traffic A/C worked well

The rooms were basic, wallpaper was a little tacky but it had everything you’d need. Note that it smelled a little mouldy. Customer service was great. We had accidentally left an EarPod and they kindly posted it to our next accomodation in Da Nang. So grateful for this!

The hotel is pretty well-furnished, quite spacious with double beds, and a wide range of TV channels. There was a problem with the shower head in the room I was staying at. The doors are standard door knob and key, but there's a lock on the inside as well. Overall, quite typical of a three-star hotel (maybe even a bit better than most), with a market within walking distance.

Dirty room full of mosquitoes. The staff was polite and nice to us, but the room wasn’t comfy at all. Hard Vietnamese beds, dirty sheets, yellow spotted bed quilt and the pillow wasn’t good either. The breakfast was ok, but nothing fancy. They prepare you some eggs 🍳 and on the counter you have white bread, jam, tomatoes, cucumber, chocolate cookies 🍪 , tea and coffee.

Ac didn’t work in 1 out of three rooms that we booked. Gave us one fan instead to sleep through the night. Basically it was circulating hot air when it was just humid and sticky outside. There was three elders sleeping in a room with wallpaper that was coming off the wall and the ac leaking on the third bed. Rust stains on the bathroom floor. Wifi wasn’t working. Lastly all three rooms had bugs on the bed. The single bedroom had ants even after having them change the sheets. The other two rooms they were small black bugs and we didn’t open the balcony door for there to be any outdoor bugs to come in. It could have been where they store the sheets however the point is they kicked all 8 of us out the next morning because we made them change the sheets. Waited for us to come back from breakfast. Charged full price for the one night stay with the uncomfortable sleeping conditions.

The deluxe room we booked was simple, plenty of space, a small balcony without furniture, a fridge, air conditioning weak wifi and a TV with only local channels. The bathroom was ok with erratic hot water. The staff speak no English but can communicate via translator app. Not far from the river and wet market and close to plenty of restaurants. Good enough for a couple of nights.

Stayed for one night and the room was adequate with bar fridge, air con, wifi. The hot water wasnt very hot so couldnt have a nice shower as it was too cold. The breakfast was adequate and you can order from a menu with different types of egg dishes or vietnamese options as well. Close to the river area and local markets and lots of local shops around as well.
