Really exceptional service! The guys who work here are great! They had a bike rental ready for us in the morning, sorted out our boat to Cambodia, and had our laundry done within a matter of hours. So friendly and cheerful!

An old hotel but very well run and good value for money. All the room facilities worked well. Water drainage and hot water was good. The room was quiet even though it faced themain road. Good sound proofing. Well done. Friendly staff and very central location. I highly recommend this hotel. The videos and pictures in this review are from the nearby places we visited and ate at. There are many cheap food options nearby and many banks if you want to change money. The Chau doc market is also a short walk away. I also spent time in some quaint cafes.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, ideally located, the staff is very kind and helpful, I can only recommend! If you can, book the boat tour on the Mekong with them, it was absolutely lovely!!

Very good and friendly hotel to stay at. Khoa is amazing and the owner Tuyet is also so amazing. I had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who visits Chau doc.

I chose a room with a balcony, and everything was great for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and honestly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is close to the market, and there are plenty of places nearby for simple meals, which was very convenient. All the staff were excellent, but I especially want to thank the male receptionist working during the daytime he was very kind and helpful, and it made my stay much easier. Highly recommended hotel.

It's a nice hotel with great helpful staff. They were good communicators and helped arrange my boat trip to Cambodia. Rooms were quite nice, tasty tea provided, but I had to provide my own coffee. Probaly would have given a higher rating if there was a shower stall rather than just a spray nozzle shower on the bathroom wall. It is hard to not get everything wet. The location was pretty good, just a short walk to the river and the pier for the boat to Cambodia. An oyster stand set up right out front at night. Delicious.

Overrated. The place feels unloved. The rooms are spacious enough but the decor is peeling and old. The mattress was black with mold. The reception seemed unperturbed. The room was otherwise mostly clean. The people friendly and helpful arranging a moped, taxi and laundry It was a good location and was quiet. The owner needs to stop milking the cash cow and invest some money in a refurb.

I have stayed here for two nights with my partner.||You get exactly what you book. The pictures meet reality. Nothing too special or too modern but very clean and capable staff. One of the staff speaks very good English for Vietnamese standards. The rest of the staff are happy to help you while talking through Google translator. These conversations are slower but you'll get there.||It's very central and the room we stayed in was very quiet, too.||As usual you can rent out scooter's or book tours. ||If you're happy driving a scooter I would recommend you to book a private scooter tour through the countryside to the Tra Su Forest and back for $35 AUD.
