The rooms were not so large but they were very clean and tidy, and staffs were really nice and pretty cute. I really like the view of the hotel and the peaceful atmosphere of the town from the hotel. There were not so many choices for breakfast, and I think they should equip more lights for corridor in every floor.

Pleasant hotel. Seems to be new or going through renovations. Some of the door frames in our room were taped together to hold them in place. The shower didn't drain properly so flooded the bathroom (and half the bedroom!). Our stay was however enjoyable. Our room had a stunning view. The noise from the town centre was relatively easily blocked out - although we had to wedge a spoon into the window latch to form a proper seal when it was closed. Easy walking distance to the market and remaining town areas. It was a suitable stopover for a sleep and move-on, but we would also happily go back once the rebuild is completed.

Good: The hotel room is modern designed. It's easy to get access to Chau Doc market, about 200meter away from the hotel. Bad: - The transportation service is running on the same building with hotel which is really annoyed - Bedspread & towels seems not clean - The price doesn't make sense compared to its service

Clean, tidy. The ladies at reception were upset because I wouldn't let them keep our passports downstairs. So then they were quite rude and unprofessional and very unhelpful. In Australia we have been taught to always keep our passports in our sight and never leave them anywhere. It isn't an insult towards them, our passport is our responsibility. Room is small with separate bathroom toilet. Room has Air-conditioning. 1 night stay is just OK nothing really good to recommend. Mattress was like sleeping on the floor. No buffet breakfast just cranky staff. Wouldn't recommend it 😔

Filled with people all over the aisles & it’s hot & warm throughout entire journey in the bus.

We stayed only one night but we did not feel comfortable. The sheets in the room were not really clean, soap was placed only in the shower, air conditioning worked but made such a weird noise. Sleep was not good because of the noise coming from the street. Poor breakfast, a la carte. Worst coffe I have had in Vietnam

We stayed one night at Cuong Hotel. Check in went very smooth minus only getting one key per room. We stayed in room #704. I was getting up early for a 6am tour and my spouse was staying in bed. So this was very inconvenient. I could only imagine how it was for the people who signed up to share a room with people they didn’t know. Not everyone runs on the same schedule. The hotel is in a great locations. Lots of shops, restaurants & close to the express tourist ferry.||||This hotel is either was recently built or has had a large renovation. Our bathroom was amazing. looked like we should have been at a 5 star hotel. Stunning glass shower, tiled walls, No issues getting really hot water, Western Toilet and all in one shampoo, conditioner & body wash (bring your own if you can). The room was painted white with not much on the walls not overly welcoming but at least it was bright with lots of lights. There was a desk/make up area. Large queen memory foam bed which was very firm (which I loved) with nice soft bedding but it was a double comforter not a queen. So we fought over the bedding all night long how we both like to sleep on the edge of the bed. There was a mini fridge and kettle. There was also Raman noodles cups that you could make in room. Our room had a huge hole in the baseboards (see picture). The walls are paper thin and even a few stores up you could hear the outside noise all night. Didn’t help that there was a celebration across the street. The air conditioning worked very well. There was one small Elevator that was hard to get a ride on. I also felt very safe at this hotel as well as walking the street near the hotel at night.||||There was about 18 of us who were all very hunger and had been on a boat for almost 7 hours. There was no were on site to eat around 8pm. But there were lots of close by local restaurants. When we returned from dinner the front end staff was playing video games and didn’t even greet us. Breakfast was included the next morning. I believe it started around 6am.

Stayed at hung cuong hotel for 8 nights. My feedback during the stay as below.Positive feeedback:1. Clean Room2. All the facilities in the room well maintained3. Beautiful Bathroom4. Comfortable bed and pillow.5. Bottle water provided dailyNegative feedback:1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room)2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures.4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate.5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door.
