  It's a new hotel. The room is beautiful, the view is quite nice. Good service, friendly staff. Not too far from the downtown. The air conditioner take too long to cool off the room though.

  Update 2023 December 7 Second stay ... Still 4 stars Location Location Location Newly built, relatively modern in Châu đốc Peaceful on the main traffic axile to Châu đốc and Núi Sam... Friendly and helpful staff... Price not cheap but Fair for this level of property Bravo hotel owner...VN needs more such properties across the country

  I'm pretty sure it's the best choice in Chau Doc. There are not many accommodation options and this one is quite decent. There is a clear lack of service due either to poor training or insufficient staff, but the staff on site will do the best they can to satisfy customers. Just be prepared to do a bit of self-service. Rooms are good and clean, just a problem with sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

  Booked for 3 nights, thinking room is comfortable, clean, smoke free and quiet. However that all changed the next day, I was trying to rest after lunch but woke up to sudden karaoke that went for 1 hr or more, not sure where it's coming from and I can smell cigarettes into my room from the next door neighbour. Wish I knew it would also be quiet during the day...

  The most worst hotel in Châu Đốc that I’d stayed. When the first coming, no one guided or showed we to park the car as helping to carry our luggages. After that when we got the rooms, the smell was awful in that room with water in the floor, and we had to clean by ourselves because their cleaners were busy. At night we could not sleep because too many insects, they were everywhere as my pictures with dangerous kinds as three-cavity ant, and they said that were normal in here, we had to find the spray by ourselves and slept with the spray smelling after that. And when we checked out, everything was same without anyone could guided or showed to take out my car and we had to do it by ourselves. The worst hotel that we’d stayed.
