  This resort is very nice and very peaceful and close to the local famous shrine. The staffs are very friendly and very accommodating. The view includes the mountain and the local rice fields.. The water pressure is really strong which is a plus in Vietnam. Overall we love this hotel/resort..

  We stayed here for two nights while exploring the area very nice / relaxing hotel great location nice pool, all the staff were very kind / helpful I would give this place a 5* and recommend this hotel to other guests searching for a hotel in this location

  MerPerle Núi Sam Resort offers a generally pleasant and comfortable stay, especially thanks to its friendly and welcoming staff, who create a warm first impression and are helpful throughout the visit. The rooms are decent and comfortable, suitable for a short getaway, though cleanliness could be improved a bit—there were a few spider webs in the ceiling corners, and the coffee refill in the room felt somewhat limited. These are small details, but addressing them would elevate the overall experience. Facilities are modest. The swimming pool is quite small, making it ideal mainly for young children, and not really suitable for teenagers or adults looking to swim or relax. Overall, MerPerle Núi Sam Resort provides a good stay with a friendly atmosphere. With some attention to room details and amenities, it has the potential to offer an even better experience for guests.

  We stayed for two nights. It was okay. The staff were attentive and tried to do their job well. They still lack a little experience with Western tourists. But for us, the location outside Chau Doc was good and we went to explore the village with its many temples. That was a good thing. The pool is in a beautiful location and we really enjoyed being able to cool off.

  Nice and comfortable hotel that was recent built. The rooms are large and spacious with beds being on the firm side. The bathroom is large but needs to be better cleaned. Mold and hair was found in our shower and the drain was slow to drain when we showered. For the nightly rate better cleaning standards is expected. Staff is extremely helpful and nice.

  Good location - nice staffs - only this. High room rate, but not valueable. Not well training for HK. Dirty and messy, garbage and even old food in minibar (i meant before guests) - no electric generator - worse than the opposite coffee shop. Pet control was bad also, small swimming pool, small room... very large landscape. Very bad breakfast, and even toilet open directly next to your meal. Toilet should be clean hole. Totally, we have been really bad experience in here - hope they can be improve better in future.

  I stayed at this resort from 3/16/26-3/19/26.||Pro - The hotel has a nice lobby and playground. it also has a nice pool and small fitness sitting behind all buildings and facing small river. It locates walking distance to Lady Temple at Sam Mountain, but far from city center.||Con - The room is big but OUTDATED. After I stayed one night, the AC is not working and I needed to move to a different room. When I woke up next morning, the toilet was not working. Are you kidding me? About the breakfast, it seems some of the foods were leftover from previous day. At lease they have some of hot foods that you can order.||If you stay for one night, I think that's fine. However, if you stay longer, I suggest you look for different hotels.

  Hotel is quite new, clean and spacious with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast and dinner was very tasty. However, there was a toilet was too stinky from sewer.
