  I rented two rooms for one night at The Luxe Hotel and was surprised. The hotel rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the staff (Quy, Hien, Cuong, Nhung) for your help with taxi arrangements and for recommending the best restaurants nearby.

  A very nice, modern hotel. It is in close range to the mountain. The room is very spacious. The staff, Hien and Quy were very helpful and polite. I can absolutely recommend a stay here.

  We have had wonderful time residing at the Luxe Hotel during our trip to Chau Doc. The convenience, comfort and sanitation were astonishing. We also would like to send our thanks to the staff at the receptionist, especially Ms. Chinh and Ms. Giang, for their warm support. March 2nd, 2025.

  Ut, Nhung, and Vinh were very helpful during our stay. They made sure we were comfortable and were able to accommodate our needs.

  This hotel is a bit far from the centre, however it is closer to the mountain. The rooms are well-appointed, with all the basics, except a safe. Reception staff is super friendly, helpful and able to speak English. Luang Giang Trinh suggested places to visit and how to get there. Her colleagues the next day helped us order pizza! Thanks very much!

  Large but very basic rooms, fine for a night Location is on the side of the highway so no nearby food options (you'll need a taxi). About 8-10 min cab ride into downtown Chau Doc. Staff are very helpful and have decent English

  For what we paid we were very satisfied with this hotel. The hotel is fairly new and the room and bathroom was big, modern and clean. AC worked efficiently and the bathroom had a big shower. It took a while for water to heat up but it was warm enough. |The staff were very helpful and booked our taxis. |The hotel is on the outskirts of Chau Doc but this wasn’t a problem to us.
