  Hands down, greatest laundry service in Da Nang, responsive staff, was able to get it picked up and delivered to where i was staying in Quan Son Tra.

  Excellent service at a good price. The laundry smells great, is neatly ironed and is well packaged. Pickup and delivery to and from our hotel reception worked seamlessly. They even returned money we accidently left in our pockets.

  The service was fast, and they delivered everything right to my hotel. Everything was clean and smelled great. Communication via WhatsApp was super efficient. They gave me great advice on how to care for my white clothes. The prices are very reasonable. Well, thank you so much 🫶🏼

  Stayed at Prince Hotel in Da Nang and needed a reliable laundry service-found Laundry An An on Google and decided to give them a try. From the moment I sent a WhatsApp message, everything was smooth and professional. They arranged pickup from my hotel, weighed everything transparently, and handled the whole process efficiently. Clothes came back clean, fresh, neatly folded, and right on time as promised. What really stood out was the service attitude-super polite, no hassle at all. I even tried to leave a small tip and they kindly refused, which says a lot about their approach. Genuinely a 5/5 experience. If you’re traveling in Da Nang and need laundry done properly, I’d absolutely recommend them.

  Very good local laundry service in Da Nang. Very reasonable prices and great customer service. Laundry was picked up outside our hotel lobby and pick up times were very accommodating. Laundry was returned clean and folded, including had washing to remove some marks. Laundry was very clean on return and smelled amazing. Would definitely use again.

  An okay experience. My clothes didnt feel clean after i received them back and some still had my perfume smell from the last i wore them. The 3 stars is for the communication and quick turn around.

  I left my clothes at this laundry and clearly explained (even translating into Vietnamese) that it was very important to wash them in hot water. The girl working there agreed and told me the laundry would take 24 hours. I was polite and accepted this timeline, thinking it would allow them to do the job properly. However, when I came back the next day to pick up my clothes, I found they had not been washed properly at all. There were still visible stains and dirt on basic areas like shirt collars and shorts pockets. It was clear that no real cleaning had been done. I didn’t return to complain or request a rewash because I had a flight to catch. Even so, they smiled and asked for 140,000 VND, which I paid – for a service they absolutely did not provide. I strongly recommend not trusting the other reviews you may read about this place. You might end up with dirty clothes, a ruined mood, and your laundry smelling like old lady perfume. Don’t make the same mistake I did..
