We visited this restaurant while we were staying in a hotel nearby but we wanted a more authentic experience. The place is very simple but the food was excellent. The lady who took our order was really nice and kind always smiling. We tried shrimps and a great braised fish with a tasty sauce.

Delicious food, quiet location. Spring rolls are great Hot tea made use tea leaf’s rather than a tea bag!!

I have been eating here since I was a child. Whenever my family needed a place to gather and dine, this restaurant was always our first choice. The food is delicious and still retains the same flavor as in the past.

I had a fantastic dining experience this restaurent. The food was absolutely delicious, full of rich flavors and fresh ingredients. Every dish was well-prepared and beautifully presented. I especially loved cha gio and muc chien gion which was bursting with authentic taste. The service was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The staff made sure we were comfortable and provided great recommendations. The atmosphere was also cozy and inviting, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend Mekong to anyone looking for high-quality food and great hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming backkk

I was attracted to this place by the extensive and unusual menu. The food was fine, but not exciting; everything seemed to be a bit tame, which made sense given that all the patrons were Westerners. Overall, an enjoyable meal, and the server was delightful, but if I had to do it over again I would pick a more local establishment.

Just of the street restaurant with Vietnamese food (and an English menu). Food was of good.quality and portion.

I visit this place every time I'm in Chau Doc for almost fifteen years now. It has a brilliant location inside a quiet courtyard in front of an old, dilapidated colonial villa, and if it wasn't for the small plastic chairs and tables, this could be a romantic, upmarket dining spot. As it is, though, it's just a basic local eatery, but that's not a bad thing. I never had a bad meal here, actually. They have an English menu and cater to tourists as well, so you pay a little bit more than in other basic street eateries, but the food is still inexpensive by any standards and I like the atmosphere here.

Nice food was quite tasty. It was a little busy so the service was a bit slow. Looking for value for money and good food Quan Mekong is the place to go.
