  Very good service, friendly and helpful staff. Ticket online booking or jump in the offices. I did it online and was working very good. The weather 12/25-01/26 was extremly windy. I was lucky the storm calm down in the nifgt before we left from Con Dao to mainland. The boat itself was clean. They serve free water by dispender. No free snack but wet towel. On windowsite you will find some docks to recharge your phone. In Con Dao taxis ask you up to 300.000d to get to pier. But if you have a nice hotelmanager, it's popular to get a shared shuttle Van service for just 50.000d per person. The ride from town to Ben Dam Pier takes only 20-30 min. It's nice to see this coastline, if you dont saw it before. Beautiful islands views. The harbour there is also nice. The trip with the boat was ok, not so many big waves, but anywhy... this part of the sea is not so easy to cross, because of the wind comes down the coastline of Vietnam. So the boat has to drive paralell to the waves, what in my opinion makes it dangerous to be, if there are bad weather condition. I was truly scare, because so many people talk about there bad health on the trip. So I took a blue pill before we left the city....

  Professional company, friendly staff. We crossed the Cambodia-Vietnam border with their fast boat. They even gave us a little bag with snacks. Recommended!

  Đứng ở cầu tàu có thể thấy bao quát Ngã ba Sông Châu Đốc và nhiều hoạt động sông nước rất thú vị.

  Sehr gute Fahrt von Phnom Phen nach Chau Doc gehabt. Buchen geht einfach über Mail. 2-3 Tage vorher bei Mr Hang melden. Die Fähre fährt am Hafen in Phnom Phen neben dem Reastaurant Pastamania ab. Dort ist auch ein Plakat mit allen Infos. Transfer lief problemlos. Der Captain hat sich auch um Aus- und Einreise gekümmert. Am Ende hatten wir dann noch einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang!

  960k from office. Nice boat ride. It is loud so be aware. Bathroom had toilet paper🙂. Bring food to eat. Always have been on time arrival. Cambodia vis is $35. Boatman wanted $40!. When I said something he said $35 right away. I kept my backpack above the bottom of the boat so I could get and go quickly

  We had a good trip from Phnom Penh to Chau Doc on 31. March 2024. Reservation via website, got a confirmation via WhatsApp and we paid in cash when we arrived at the pier in Phnom Penh. We had to print our E-visa, which they did for us at the pier. Ride and border crossing were very smooth. We departed one hour late due to (probably) very slow tourists and some technical issues. We arrived in Chau Doc only 20 min late, probably because it's not high season (border). On the boat it was quite hot and humid, no AC or fan. Visibility from the boat is limited, but ok. Drinks like coke, beer for 1 $ on the boat. Water and a bag with some snacks (not overwhelming) were included. Bring your own bottle to refill water from jugs. Sadly, no fruits as promised. All in all as you expect it, if you want a luxury cruise, then you have to pay for one.

  Money-grubbing company. They charged us 1/2 the ticket price, because the bag was "too big". Altough the ticket of 12Go states you can bring as much luggage as you want. It is not a good feeling, standing in front of the boat and they will only let you enter if you pay an extra fee. The company owner didn't care at all that we had not enough US-Dollar left for the visa fee after paying him for the "extra luggage". The boat tour itself is not spectacular at all. I also don't know why they collect 37 US-Dollar for the visa, while it is written in the internet that it costs 30-35. The only positive part was the friendly staff on the boat. I would advice not to take the speed boat for 44 US-Dollar + paying randomly an extra fee.
