  We had two cruises with this company: one starting from Phnom Penh crossing Mekong Delta till Chau Doc and other, local from Chau Doc: fishing farms, muslim village with the mosque. Very good conditions, we received on the way to Chao Doc sandwiches, bananas, coffe and water. Large space for a speed boat indoor and also outdoor. We could admire the panoramas, to relax on the deck, to enjoy a coffe. Everything was very good organized, starting with the meeting on the port, guiding for visa, services on the board. We were very nice impressed of Mandarin Cruise services.

  I had a great trip, huge, modern boat of 66 seats, and ust me as passenger, 2 tour guides, captain and Marine Engine Driver/Deckhand. Nice view of passing barges and boats, and life along the river, including the washing of people, clothes ad cows.

  Nous sommes rentré dans cette agence afin de trouver un billet de bus du camdboge en Thailande, l'agence n'était pas apte a nous le fournir mais un jeune homme parlant très bien l'anglais "vo chi cuong "a passer beaucoup de temps a essayer de nous aider et nous donner des infos et tout cela sans rien nous vendre , nous a même donné son téléphone pour l'appeler si on avait besoin de quelques chose, comme quoi les vietnamiens ne sont pas toujours interressé par l'argent comme on l'a beaucoup entendu, merci beaucoup vo chi cuonget, ravis de vous avoir rencontré, cette agence est très sérieuse

  Wir sind mit dem Schnellboot von Mandarin Cruises von Phnom Penh nach Chau Doc gefahren. Der Fußraum zwischen den Sitzen ist nicht sehr groß. Bei gutem Wetter sitzt man oben auf dem Deck bequemer. Während der 4-5 stündigen Fahrt, abhängig von den Grenzformalitäten, wird man mit einem kleinen Snackpaket versorgt. Außerdem gibt es Wasser und Kaffee umsonst. Bier und Softgetränke kosten 1$. Die Fahrt war angenehm.In Chau Doc nutzten wir ein Boot auch noch für eine Fahrt auf dem Fluß zu den Fischzuchtstationen und auf eine Insel mit einem muslimischen Cham Dorf. Das war auch sehr gut.

  Super Freundliche Crew Wenn die Agentur kein Snackpaket bucht unbedingt etwas zu essen und trinken mitbringen. Die Formalitäten für den Grenzübertritt von Kambodscha nach Vietnam werden von der Crew erledigt. Sitzkompfort lässt zu wünschen übrig (sehr enge Plastiksitze). Reagieren auf Kritik sehr schnell und sehr entgegenkommenden und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

  Still awaiting a refund, despite confirmation that it would processed. No refund has been issued. All messages and emails are now ignored.
