  The atmosphere is really lively and bustling. Great music, energetic DJ, and friendly, lovely staff. A great weekend hangout spot for young people, definitely worth returning to many times.

  This was my favourite bar while I was in Hanoi for four nights; I came here twice. Very clean, very big bar. Lots of comfortable seating. Sofa is upstairs too. Toilets are very good. All in all, a really good facility and environment you've created here for the punters. Thank you!

  Great vibes and music!!! Local beer on tap was delicious, staff were friendly. Highly recommend

  I've been visiting Factory47 through 10 years& always come back. I love this place because of the feeling in here. Very good place to visit with delicious foods & exclusive live DJ music, dancers, this is the rare place in Hanoi that you can enjoy many type of music : Melodic, Techno, Indie dance, Trance, House music... Enjoy your quality time in here! ♥️

  The Factory 47 is quite close to beer street. They serve lebanese food too and it was quite quality food for my first time trying. Love it. With opened space made us felt comfortable and enjoy the wind and fresh air of Hanoi. Thank Richy!

  A pretty chill bar located at the end of the famous beer street in Hanoi. There was a live telecast of European cup and so we walked in to have drink and some snacks while watching the live telecast. Servers were friendly. We ordered the beef tacos and interestingly they were pretty good. Prices were reasonable and do take note that smoking is allowed inside the bar. There was a level two where a pool table was located. It wasn’t air-conditioned then when we visited.

  The place is used to be good but one or two male staff are worst. They shout at clients and have no respect for clients. Also they are rcst. This is not only my experience but few more. I used to be the regular client for years and bring many of tourist friends to this place. But now due to the owner is no more paying attention here, male staff acts like boss and do whatever they like, even using slang language to clients. Hope this review get into knowledge of the owner and show their place out who are spoiling the reputation of this once upon a good place.

  Visited Bar 47 and unfortunately had a very poor experience - never experienced anything like this in Vietnam before We ordered two beers, two burgers, and nachos. When ordering the burgers, we specifically asked if they came with fries. We even used Google Translate to confirm, and the staff member said yes, fries were included. After a fairly long wait (despite there being very few customers), our food arrived without fries. When we asked about them, we were told burgers do not come with fries, but we could order fries separately and they would take about 7 minutes. When we explained that we had asked earlier and were told they were included, the staff member said the person who took our order his English was not very good, we told him we used google translate and he thought this was very funny. We said don’t worry about making new fries. We then went to eat the burgers and discovered they were completely cold. We called the staff member back as he was just waking away and asked him to feel the burger. He touched it and could feel it was cold and said he would get the manager. The manager did not speak English, so the same staff member spoke to Manager for a bit and then said they would heat the burger up. We explained we did not want an old burger reheated, we wanted a fresh one, as we were concerned about food safety. They refused and insisted they would only reheat the burger. I said I didn’t want to pay for cold food or reheated old food - I would pay for the 2x beer and leave Despite the food being cold and incorrect, they still insisted we had to pay for everything. I again said I would pay for the beers (which we had barely touched), but they continued to argue. I was very intimidated, by this time more staff were around us, I put 100,000 VND on the table, (which is more than the cost of the beers), and we walked out fast.
