  If you are ANYWHERE in Hanoi you have to go to this sky bar (Upper Haven Sky Bar) in the old quarter. The view is AMAZING and honestly this is the BEST cocktail we’ve had since we’ve been in Vietnam. There are comfortable chairs (we are Americans with larger frame bodies) and multiple seating areas in different levels, that make for privacy. There are plants and trees and beautiful vertical walls and has an inside seating area too. The cocktails are very reasonable and from 3-6 pm it’s happy hour 2 for the price of one. Kim is the manager and is extremely accommodating but everyone is so nice and personable. Service is good and fast with an attentive staff. Have I mentioned the 360* view? It’s an amazing view of Hanoi you won’t forget. Whatever you are doing or wherever you are in the old quarter stop in for some peace (soft quiet music) great cocktails and amazing views!

  This sky bar truly deserves 5 stars. Beautiful design, comfortable seating, and a relaxing view overlooking the river and city. Cocktails are delicious and the price is reasonable for the quality. Big thanks to Kim for her dedicated and friendly service — she made our experience wonderful. Very satisfied!

  Went with my friends last night and everyone loved it. The outdoor area is spacious, the decor with plants and LED lights is really nice. Kim took great care of us, always smiling and quick to help. Cocktails were delicious and the prices are reasonable. Worth visiting!

  The panoramic view is breathtaking, especially in the outdoor area. Their signature cocktails were spot on for my taste. Kim provided excellent service, nicely introduced the menu, and made our evening really enjoyable. The whole team is professional. 10/10 — will recommend to friends!

  We came here around 8 PM after having dinner nearby and immediately loved the atmosphere. The evening felt lively but not overwhelming, making it easy to relax and enjoy the night. Kim was incredibly welcoming and made our visit memorable.
