  Had a really nice experience in USE Bar!! This is such a beautiful bar with nice vibe!!!!!! The cocktails are great!!! I would say that this is the best bar in Hanoi😍😍😍 The mushroom cocktail was one of the most unique cocktail i have tried in my life 😍😍 Much appreciated that the bartenders are friendly, talkative and humour! Thank you! ( Some talented bartenders actually have their secret menu as well🤫🤫🤫 if you want anything different, you must ask them for that🤫🤫 i tired the Vietnamese rice cake cocktail was really good!!!!!!!!!!!!)

It was a bit of a trek from the touristy Old Quarter, which means the crowd here tends to be more local and serious about their drinks. Ambience The design concept here is refreshingly different. The bar's theme rotates regularly, and during our visit, it embraced an aquatic motif. The usual wall of liquor bottles was replaced by a striking, oversized swordfish suspended as the centrepiece, a bold visual statement that immediately sets the tone. It is a clean, uncluttered space that manages to feel both modern and intimate, a tricky balance to strike. Service The service here is excellent, driven by genuine passion and knowledge. The bartender was exceptionally friendly and took the time to walk us through the cocktail menu, sharing the history and inspiration behind each drink while offering spot-on recommendations based on our preferences. This aligns perfectly with numerous reviews praising the staff, particularly individuals like Cris Le, for being professional, attentive, and welcoming without being intrusive. Drink The drinks are the undisputed stars, and they are genuinely great. The cocktail menu is built around the bar's sustainability concept, ingeniously incorporating leftover ingredients such as dragonfruit peel and jackfruit fibre into complex, well-balanced creations.   Absolutely amazing experience. Cocktails were delicious and staff were friendly from the get go. Staff were very talkative and very attentive and interested in who we are. They were very happy to recommend drinks and had good vibes the entire time. One of my partners favourite was the super mario. It started out like a traditional rum old fashioned with a hint of dark chocolate, then it tapers off into a unami mushroom after taste. The sweetness from the first half carries over and makes it work really well together. My favourite was the Lucci drink. Very nice, slightly sweet yet slightly sour, works very well together. Also the bee theme was very cute. Overall amazing experience and the staff is making us come back, especially after giving us a mug.

  Use is one of the most authentic and dedicated cocktail bars in Hanoi. It has such a unique vibe, with eclectic electronic music that fits the setting perfectly. The volume is just right too, which sounds simple, but you would be surprised how many venues get this wrong. The drinks on the menu are delicious, creative and beautifully made, but what really stands out is how the team will happily customise something to suit your taste and style. It feels like a proper service bar, run by people who genuinely care about the craft. A big shout out to My and Ly, who always deliver standout service and are excellent mixologists in their own right. Highly recommended. Five stars.

  USE Bar is hands down the spot to hit for cocktails in Vietnam. The bartenders are super knowledgeable cocktail artisans and what they create is a true experience of innovation, creativity, and high-level mixology. Every drink feels like a unique masterpiece, carefully balanced and full of surprising flavors. The staff is genuinely caring and takes the time to explain each cocktail in detail, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can really feel the passion behind every recommendation, and they make sure you get the perfect drink for your taste. The menu is also amazing and it’s great to see the employees being highlighted and put in value. And if you want something wild: they even have a cocktail where you have to bite into a cricket before taking a sweet and spicy shot… absolutely AWESOME. It’s not just a bar, it’s a full-on cocktail adventure. Best cocktails in Vietnam, no doubt. 🍸🔥🦗

  Had an amazing time here! Special shout out to Nolan, Bob, ms Ly, Jamie, and Phong!!! The staff were extremely professional and welcoming, and also funnyy. Drinks were incredible, love the decor especially the giant fish. Definitely coming back!!!

  Really enjoyed the experience in this bar. The drinks were absolutely stunning that will wake up your bud taste. I tried many cocktails that night with unique flavors. Nice ambiance and well decorated. The staff were top-notch and spoke english really well. A bit on the expensive side but worth it.
