My favorite café in Hanoi ❤️ Ever since I discovered this place (along with its sister The Little Plan Cafe), I’ve been coming almost every day—to write, work, or just slow down. I absolutely love the vibe: it’s calm, cozy, and never too crowded. The drinks are well-priced, the pastries are amazing, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. The playlist is perfect, the space is clean, and it genuinely feels like a peaceful little escape in the middle of the city. This is the kind of place best enjoyed in a quiet, relaxed, perfect for solo visits, working, or soft conversations. It has a very calm energy that makes it special. Both cafés are ideal for slowing down, enjoying a coffee, or spending time in a peaceful environment… rather than for loud or high-energy gatherings (just from my personal experience over the past two weeks). This place deserves to be experienced just as it is: calm, warm, and special ❤️

Getting a serene place to enjoy your drinks in the city centre of Hanoi is really a miracle, and it is really hidden. Consist of 2 levels (indoor & rooftop). Good service from friendly & courteous staffs. Nice decoration & cozy place. Coffee & cheesecakes - good. The toilet is unique, but only suitable for small business, not so suitable for emergency big business 😉 . Interesting staircase.

A cozy, hidden (just like its name), low-key coffee tucked away nicely in an old building. From the entrance, you have to go through a small alley, and up the stairs (the left one) to reach it (hence the name). The place itself is quite serene, calming, suitable for couples and small groups, with low lightings at night, board games, and terrific drinks, makes it a perfect choice for those dating nights, late nights out with friends, or simply a place to unwind and just forget it all. The drink (Trà Xoài Kem Mặn - Mango tea with salty whipped cream) in the picture is pretty good. You can also have desserts like the Burnt Cheesecake or Croissant on the side. Cocktails after 18:00. Classics ones, and some of their own, with average pricing. Good vibes, good times. I highly recommend this place if you're passing through the area. From hughjackman2k with love.

Opened on 2nd day of Tet (Lunar New Year). Interesting passage/stairway to cafe. Rustic cafe on 2 floor; with a spiral stairway leading the the open rooftop. Had the salt coffee (cold). Very strong fragrant coffee with a tinge of saltiness. Tried the burnt cheesecake… dense and moist. Good to relax & chill…

This place is cozy and even perfect for a date where you wanna be close to one another. It’s nice quiet in here and you can journal, read, draw or talk. They have space upstairs to sit outside. The drinks i drank are london fog (50k) and Coco Baileys (70k) which was so good. The price is very worth its and the cafe is beautiful☕️ They have parking a street away since walking street for the Weekend (20k on Sundays)

Amazing place to chill especially during the early afternoon's heat. Amazing food and drinks. The music taste and decoration really sets a chill atmosphere!

The drinks (iced mocha, salted coffee) and matcha burnt cheesecake were really good. Great vibes/charm, music, plenty of fans, and conveniently also has sit down tables with chargers. Not to mention the walk up into the cafe was an experience in and of itself 👌🏽

Really beautiful hidden coffee shop. One of the very best ones we visited while we were in Hanoi. They have a really great range of coffees to choose from, as well as tasty breakfast snacks — we had the banana bread and it was phenomenal. A great quiet corner of Hanoi that I was really grateful to find.
