  Really a hidden gem. The food is so, so good. Now, let’s talk about the atmosphere—your dining experience will improve by 120% with the ambience of this cafe. What truly sets this cafe apart, however, is its atmosphere. The entire venue is beautifully decorated from top to bottom using recycled materials, showcasing an impressive and artistic commitment to sustainability. Combined with soft, dim lighting and a curated selection of tasteful music, the environment elevates the entire dinner experience.

  Hidden Gem Coffee in Hanoi absolutely lives up to its name. This place is an experience as much as it is a coffee shop. The ambience is simply next level, with clever and artistic seating areas tucked around every corner. Everywhere you look there’s something creative, unique, and thoughtfully designed. It feels part coffee shop, part art installation. The space itself is surprisingly large, with multiple levels and cozy spots to explore, making it easy to spend a long time here just taking it all in. The decor alone makes this a must-stop destination in Hanoi. It has an eclectic, recycled-art aesthetic that somehow feels both vibrant and relaxing at the same time. Beyond the atmosphere, the coffee was excellent and the food was equally impressive. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and the overall vibe was welcoming and laid back. There are plenty of coffee shops in Hanoi, but Hidden Gem stands out as one of the most memorable places we visited. Even if you only stop in for one drink, it’s worth it just to experience the creativity and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

  Awesome place great atmosphere. All made out of recycled materials which is cool. The food was really good and drinks were nice too. Our server Duy Ahn (sorry if I have misspelt) was really kind and had great service. Would recommend!

  Can we just take a moment to appreciate how beautiful is this place. True to its name really a hidden gem. I am solo traveling and had such a relaxing morning here. All the food I order tasted amazing and the Hidden Gem Iced Tea must not be missed! If I ever visit Hanoi again I will surely come back.

  Helpful staff! Hidden gem just bcs every corner and space has its own artsy. Level 2 or 3 some tables reserved. Mostly visitors here are tourists. Not many locals I saw when I visited this place. At the top of the level, it's kinda half outdoor. Most importanly, it was not hot inside. The staffs also helped to take picts for visitors.

  We had our first Bánh Mì in Vietnam at this place as part of our street food experience in Hanoi, and it was unforgettable. The baguette was absolutely to die for — so fresh and delicious. We tried the vegetarian Bánh Mì with mushroom and tofu, and it was incredibly tasty. The restaurant itself is a unique experience, filled with eye-catching recycled décor and a wonderful atmosphere. True to its name, this place is definitely a hidden gem in Hanoi.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a charming café away from the crowds, this place is definitely worth a visit.   Went to this hidden gem in Hanoi… The place is really unique… you walk through a small alley, go upstairs, and suddenly the whole vibe feels different. Very aesthetic and photogenic. The café is decorated with recycled items… very creative. Each level has its own vibe, with plants, murals, and unique furniture made from old parts. Their noodle really surprised me… super flavourful and comforting. And the banh mi… crispy outside, soft inside, filling is so good. Simple place, but the food is really solid. One of those spots you’re glad you found it.
