Go NOW!! We tried MANY egg coffees and none compared to Tornado so… We came back as much as we could. Dairy free/lactose free which is a must for me. Perfect balance of strong Vietnamese coffee with a thick creamy texture egg foam, slightly sweet with a hint of caramel. Couldn’t believe it was dairy free! The lady who owns the shop is super sweet, she took the time to explain us how to drink coffee, what’s different about theirs and the origin of egg coffees. That in itself added to the experience - you could tell she’s passionate about it. We were served a welcome tea also which was amazing. Had no issues speaking in English. 5-10 minutes wait depending on how crowded it is and ABSOLUTELY worth the wait. I dream of coming back to Hanoi just to drink this egg coffee one more time (not kidding) - nothing came close in all of Vietnam!

I have been in Vietnam for 2 weeks and this is the best salt coffee I had. Inspired by Lizzie I attended coffee making workshop and I had to return to her cafe for the salt coffee. Lizzie runs this cafe and is so so kind and inspirational. Even bought her coffee beans. Anyone looking for a authentic and community cafe, this is your place without thinking twice.

If you want to try one of the best coffees in Vietnam, this is definitely the place to come. The coffee here is rich, smooth, and full of flavor — you can really tell they care about quality. What made the experience even better was the owner. She is incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, making you feel comfortable right away. It’s not just about the coffee, but also the atmosphere and the people that make this place special. Best coffee I had in Vietnam 🙏 Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area ☕✨

This is a really cozy cafe with a very cute vibe to it! They also have oat milk., soy milk and and almond milk, so it is fine if you are vegan or cannot have any dairy. The egg cacao was simply one of the tastiest drinks I had in Vietnam - a mix of a drink and a dessert! Definitely recommend the place :) 5⭐️

An amazing coffee experience, attracting locals and tourists alike. Located in an alley, this is a hidden spot that serves an amazing cup of coffee. The egg coffee was rich and mesmerizing to stir. The salt coffee was balanced and a great way to cool down on a hot day. Very kind owner who offered to set up seating just outside the shop for us to sit when to the inside seats were all occupied. You can get their freshly roasted beans in bags. They roast their own stuff. They take credit cards and cash. Highly recommended!

AMAZING!!!! I don’t like coffee but I LOVED the salt coffee and coconut coffee I had here! It was tremendous! The staff was so kind and she made sure to ask if we were happy with our drinks. We even got a welcome ice tea for free! And the drinks are super reasonably priced! A must stop in Hanoi!

Small and cute cafe to sit and sip your coffee. Cheaper price range compared to other coffee places and they have THE BEST EGG COFFEE IN TOWN!
