Tranquil Nguyen Quang Bich is one of my favorite coffee spots in Hanoi. This spot is super cozy, peaceful, and filled with books, which makes it the perfect place to read and relax. I especially love the upstairs area with the sofas, bookshelves, and candlelight in the evening,.. Everything feels really warm and charming. There was one time they ran out of matcha, which is my favourite drink here. They recommended me another drink, however it tasted a bit strange without any warning from the staff :( Still, I really love the atmosphere and always enjoy coming back here!

Love this place ! I had such a pleasant evening at the open mic event. It’s quite small inside but it makes it more intimate. Just if you want to get a sit inside when there’s an event, you should try to come early :) The staff was really nice and helpful as they were trying to accommodate everyone. Nice selection of original alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, I really enjoyed my cold brew !

Found this hidden gem in Instagram. Went here just a few hours before our flight back to India and it was one of the most coziest cafes you can find with this lovely Christmasy vibe during this time. Staff is polite and just amazing (specially Hun). I would love to come back here and just work out of this cafe the next time I am in town

**Ever Found a Café That Whispers?** ☕ The moment I stepped into Tranquil Books & Coffee, Hanoi's honking streets melted into something slower, softer, almost sacred. Dim amber light, dark wooden shelves heavy with novels, someone tracing quiet notes on the piano in the corner — I came twice, because once simply wasn't enough. I tucked myself into a nook with my journal, watching strangers turn pages like they were in no rush at all. 📖 Their oat latte was the quiet star for me — silky, gently sweet, with a nutty warmth that curled around every sip. The foam held its shape like it, too, wanted to slow down. 🌿 What stayed with me wasn't just the coffee — it was the permission this place gave me to simply *be*. No noise, no urgency. Just books, jazz, and the low hum of a city learning to breathe. ✨ Where do you go when you need to disappear from the world for an hour? – *Alex from Perth* #Hanoi #HanoiCafe #TranquilBooksAndCoffee #VietnamTravel #CafeHopping #SlowTravel #OatLatte #BookLoversCafe

If I need somewhere to hide from the world, it would definitely this place. The dim light & dark theme make everything feels so private. Most of the guests would came here for reading, working, or playing piano, hence the vibe would be very healing & meditating. I just love being here, genuinely.

First off, the place is not the easiest to find since there is only a very narrow alley opening from the main Street, but it's worth your time! The service is over the top friendly and kind and speaks good English, and it's a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere inside. They have a loft upstairs, you may have to sit on the floor, but overall I thought that their coffee was good and they have a very, very interesting raisin roll you might want to try! My wife stayed so long that she had lunch there and truly enjoyed the chicken.

One of my favorite coffee shops that I went to in Hanoi. I went here twice because the vibe is so cozy and light, perfect place to journal. I tried their oat latte and regular latte, it was good. They also sell a variety of coffee beans. The pastry is okay, nothing special. Would love to come back here again.

really lovely and cozy space with a collection of both Vietnamese and English books. Coffee was good but slightly pricier than other coffee shops in the area. Loved the Creamy Latte with salt and Banana latte
