Good cafe with a wide variety of options. The coffee is delicious, there is oat milk and the staff is nice.

Good coffee and good service by the crew. I requested for Piccolo latte that’s not in the menu, but the crew happily made one for me. The toilet is well kept and clean.

I visited the cafe twice over six nights in Hanoi, and I thoroughly enjoyed the ambience it brings. The cafe has a balcony overseeing the street. The cooling breeze and being away from the hectic Old Quarters made spending time reading at the balcony a highlight of my visit to Hanoi. On both visits, I was served by the same waitperson, who was very friendly and polite. (Sorry, we chatted, but I didn't ask about your name.) Vou Cafe is a hidden gem. Great attentive staff.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Drinks were good and reasonable price. Chocolate cake was good but a tad too sweet for me. Nice location and interior.

VOU cafe has a beautiful location, easy to find, with a modern and minimalist design, I guess. There are seats both outside and inside, and while the space is not very spacious, it's enough to sit with friends, work, read books or just relax. I ordered an iced Americano for 60,000 VND, which is a bit higher than the average around here, but still acceptable. The staff is polite, friendly, and quick.

The store is divided into 1st and 2nd floors, and there is a separate seat in front of the 1st floor store. The coffee is delicious and it's good to sit and relax.

I've been there twice with my friends. We tried only matcha drinks. Coconut matcha is the most recommended. Gelato matcha is no for me. I didn't like gelato. It kinda ruins the drink. Overall, this place is giving a student coffee shop. It is good for sitting with a laptop or a book.

🍌 🥤 ☕️ Popular cafe with coffee, matcha, smoothies, and kombucha. I was here in the evening and had a smoothie that was solid. They also have different pastries and sweets. The tables indoors were full and there’s some seating outside as well.
