Great hospital with great staff! Highly recommend it for foreigners! Doctors will do everything to help you! Offering services far more better than the so called international hospitals at rates over 5 times cheaper! Best hospital ever!

This hospital is heaven sent. The staffs are so awesome and they speak English. They’re always eager to help. I came here for surgery, I ended up making a few friends after the surgery. These are some of the most lovely people I’ve met and in my opinion, they have the best medical prices too.

Very helpful staff!! Every person tries to hep you, many doctors speak English...but i was so surprised, when today they have found vietnamese doctor, who spoke Russian, for me!!!! It was like miracle. Thank you very much for your help! Prices are not high. If you are a foreigner, you can visit this place for sure!

Very nice experience at this hospital, i went in with stomach issues and it took with consultation, blood test and ultrasounds under 3 hours. Paid roughly 1 mil dong. Be aware that this hospital has a rule: If you are a foreigner, you should bring a translator. If you dont have one, they might turn you away. But if there is an english speaking doctor around and has time for you, you get treated without a translator as well. I went there and i was lucky with a English speaking doctor just arriving as well at that time. Everyone there was super nice and helpful and professional. I felt very nicley taken care of being here. Many speak some English and getting around with google translator was fine. There is a nice Canteen there, when you pay for your medical bill you get a food voucher for it.

A bunch of wonderful people on top of their game ❤️ I ended up checking my heart in the hospital after a 2000 km bike ride which happened immediately after a Covid infection. I had pain at the heart level, radiating into the left arm, so I needed to check if everything was fine immediately when arriving in Hanoi. They tested in 4 hours my pulse, ECG, blood values, lung X-ray and could not find anything. My girlfriend is a doctor in Germany, so she could double check both the results and how professional they are. Everything ended up costing me around 35 euros, which in Europe would not even cover for laying in a bed for 4 hours 😅

I had my lab test done at 9:00 AM, but I did not receive the results until 2:30 PM. Waiting more than five hours for test results is far too long, especially when patients are given the expectation that the process would be quicker. The extended waiting time was exhausting and disrupted my entire schedule for the day. What disappointed me even more was the doctor’s manner of communication. The way the doctor addressed and spoke to patients felt disrespectful and unprofessional. When visiting a hospital, patients are often already anxious or worried, so being treated with basic courtesy and empathy is extremely important. I hope the hospital will review its testing process and provide better communication training for its medical staff to ensure a more respectful and efficient experience for patients in the future.

NEARLY LOST OUR CHILD DUE TO NEGLIGENCE AND STUPIDITY!!! My wife went in with slight discomfort. We did a couple of test to see but they kept saying something wasn’t right so they had to run the tests again at the expense of us. I now know they lied to us about things in the report so we’d have to go back for another blood test, ultrasound, X-ray, etc, etc. 3 days this went on with them scamming/scaring us into thinking it was something bad with results like, “there’s a blur on the X-ray of your lungs so we need to run more tests.” We then had an ultrasound (again) and got told the second time but not the first that she was pregnant. We then started getting conflicting views from several doctors at the hospital about whether she was or not. We finally got the blood results back from the hospital and they said basically, “no baby” and “we can proceed with surgery.” I didn’t trust them at this point so I went to another hospital to get a second opinion and it turns out my wife was 5-6 weeks pregnant. Now I’m sorry but that baby could of been lost by the negligence of some idiot that shouldn’t be in that line of work. I was obviously furious about this when I should be elated because of the good news, however I think this needs to be addressed. I then called my doctor in my home country to see if anything else was a lie and the doctor said, “there’s no blur on the X-ray of my wife’s lungs” and that? “The blood tests show she is pregnant.”

They sent me away as a foreigner because I didn't have a translator. I don't understand other reviews here. They will not treat you if you are alone and don't speak Vietnamese. They also could not recommend where should I go or what should I do. I understand it's hard but they simply didn't care at all.
