  For the price to quality ratio it deserves a 5 star for welcoming and friendly service. I went with a friend yesterday just to reset and revitalize and we got the job done in just under 1.5 hours. The steam room and sauna were great and acupressure released some of my muscle tension. The masseuses were quite professional too! The only thing I missed was a cold shower after the massage.

  This place is local knowledge for healing sport injury massage. I got rotator cuff tighten massaged out, and with tip for home self excercise. Pickball, tennis and golf players came here to get their sport injury destressed. My good local golf friend recommeded me to this place to help my sport injuries. Greatly recommend for their knowledge of common injuries in racket sports, and will help you got the knotts out of tired mussles.

  It was too relief , recovery from stressful and too much relaxing . We absolutely enjoyed with very professional therapists staff. The hot tub soak, jacuzzi steam sauna works as well.

  Phenomenal, as always. Tung gives the best hard pressure massage I’ve had in Hà Nội, I’m a new man. Exfoliating scrub was basic, I think it could be a bit more thorough for the price, but still worth it. Staff can be a bit noisy but that’s true everywhere in Vietnam. A truly local experience and one I enjoy every time. I know there are other branches, but I’m loyal to this one because I consistently have a good experience.

  I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience at this massage center. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and took the time to explain each step of the service in detail, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their attitude was genuinely friendly, and communication felt easy and natural throughout the visit.

  OK. SO let me just say that bác sĩ tiên gave the best massage in VN (as expected from a musculoskeletal Dr.)! I have sciatica and need deep tissue massage. Spa massage, is spa massage (not deep, not muscle specific), but medical massage is way different! As a massage therapist myself, I have high expectations and bác sĩ gave the most muscle specific, orthopedic massage I'd ever received in my life! But it was the deepest pressure I'd ever had too lol. Deep breathing technique is a must to benefit the most from his treatment! Despite the language barrier, bác sĩ and I figured it out easily with Google translate! Bác sĩ tiên, Xin cảm ơn!

  They have a Finnish Sauna, a herbal steam room, different herbal baths with jacuzzi, a cold room. The massages are really good. I used the standard package (400.000vnd) during my 3 visits. It's not really foreigners friendly, I wish they was more explanation about the facilities specially for my first visit. Also the staff is quite loud and customers are allowed to smoke in the baths so it's hard to relax.

  I visited this place and offered standard package 400K with 30 mts Bath and 75 minutes Massage. It is misguiding that they count time from the reception to end of massage. I was under impression that 30 mts bath and 75 minutes massage. Nothing has written other information. I have visited other all places in Hanoi under this brand. This is the worst place ever visited. When delay in reception will loose your opportunity of enjoying the massage. This place is not ambient place compared to the other Huong Sen Centers, Tây Ho and other places in Hanoi with my experience. Small place they don’t help to supporting guest to carry bags of clothes. They are like prisoners walking with clothes. Poor service. Only the staff supporting to park motorcycles and handling shoes are friendly and respectful to guest. Over all experience is uncomfortable and not friendly people.
