  As far as hospital visits go, this was very pleasant. I don't like visiting doctors or hospitals, but this was a positive experience. The staff were courteous and efficient. My doctor was very affable and didn't seem to be in any rush. He listened to my concerns, and explained himself clearly. It was expensive, and my insurance didn't cover my visit, but it's worth it for the quality of care, efficient and quick service, and excellent staff. I got the full battery of required tests, but the doctor did give alternative options in case I couldn't cover all the expenses. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. It's a lot less intimidating and far easier than navigating local hospitals. They also welcome walk-ins which is very much appreciated. If you can afford it then it's well worth it, but there are cheaper options available. Have alternative payment options available in case your insurance doesn't cover your particular case. They are very upfront with their pricing, so you can discuss with them and find the best options.

  Raffles is a great clinic, especially for foreigners. Staff are very friendly, from reception to doctors and they all speak good English and are willing to help.

  I have been slow traveling the globe and I was in need of a check-up. I wanted comprehensive blood work and other tests. I came here for an elite physical exam which, overall was a wonderful experience. The exam included complete blood panel, chest X-Ray, ECG, basic vision test (no eye pressure test - which would be nice to have), Ultra-sound of major organs and Thyroid. I did end up selecting an additional exam, the MSCT scan of my heart, which was separate fee and another facility. Raffles provided transportation and an English-speaking nurse to accompany me for the entire trip and procedure, which was amazing, very helpful and reassuring. If you are in Hanoi and in need of a check-up, Raffles is worth considering. I would certainly use them again in the future. The Good The staff - everyone from reception, to the nurses, the tech's, and the Dr's were all so friendly, kind and professional Value – the cost is reasonable for number of tests received Conveniently located in the Tay Ho area The Facility is clean and organized well for the services they provide I speak very little Vietnamese, Raffles had many English-speaking members, which was great, the language barrier was not an issue for me The Dr I met with to review my results was very thorough and we spent 30+ minutes talking about my health and lifestyle. this was a pleasant surprise, Dr’s in my home country spend very little time actually talking and discussing health & lifestyle issues with patients, in my experience I was emailed all the results including the X-Ray, ultrasounds and MSCT scan for my records Areas for improvement The initial arrival was a little confusing for me. The sequence and timing of the exam was not clear or intuitive. It would be nice to have a brief conversation about what to expect throughout the exam process. This is a small to medium item that would go a long way to help people be more comfortable and at ease. IMO The results do take several days before they are available for review. In other places, I have had the blood work results available within 24 hours. These might be negotiable, so check with them if you have time constraints.

  Great clinic in Tay Ho. After renovation it’s really nice inside, paediatrician is good and kind to children. Love how efficient it is as well to settle payments.

  The hospital is very clean and well-maintained. The staff are kind, professional, and always ready to help. I felt well taken care of during my visit. Highly recommend!

  In this morning I came for influenza injection here. After injection, wait about half hour and we may go out as they check any reaction. It was made in Holland. Clean here most of staff and doctor can speak English very well. Some of them can speak Japanese, too. One injection was 397K vnd. Payment cash or credit card is also acceptable.

  Clean, professional medical center. Dr speaks pretty good english. Rates are not local, but not full western either. Went in for shoulder pain - meds and MRI - They are throughout Asia Advice varied between 2 doctors. Note: Went to Family Medicine Hanoi to Ortho Dr Sosa for 2nd opinion.
