  Spacious treatment rooms. On the pricier side but with great products and services. English speaking and friendly service. they offer welcome tea and a fresh fruit juice after your treatment.

  The clinic very clean I have tried Hydra-facial machine it was okay but not very professional with cleaning I still have some blackheads after I finished not like another clinic also prices are very high.

  Came her to have my acne and scars treated, paid a fortune and no results. Service might feel top notch but the quality is really bad and if you’re looking for real results, this is not the place to be

  I booked a free consultation at this clinic. The receptionist was friendly and Moon was decently helpful, although she never followed up with me via WhatsApp afterward, which I found a bit odd. The doctor, however, rushed through my consultation and wasn’t very helpful with my skin concerns. She glanced at my skin for only a moment, didn’t really listen to what I was saying, and immediately suggested two of their “specialized” treatments that I knew nothing about. Her English wasn’t very strong, which made it harder to communicate. After the five minutes she said, “any questions?” and before I even had time to think, she said “okay, bye” and was out the door. I understand it was a free consultation, but I don’t trust doctors who rush like that — especially after years of dealing with medical professionals (and a botched surgery)! Since moving to Hanoi my acne has gotten really difficult to control, and I was hoping for a thoughtful, professional opinion and guidance. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that here, so I chose not to pursue treatment at this clinic.

  I do not recommend this place at all. While the clinic may look modern at first glance, the machines they use are far from efficient. Despite undergoing several sessions, I saw absolutely no progress. Instead of addressing the lack of results, they kept pushing me to buy more sessions, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. The staff’s communication was poor, making the experience even more frustrating. It’s clear that their focus is on profit rather than providing an effective or helpful service. I spent a significant amount of money and time here and got nothing in return. Avoid this place—it’s not worth the money.
