  One of the best coffee in Hanoi. A dedicated coffee roastery. You can tell from the top tier roasters to the high-end coffee equipments, cool variety of coffee bean offerings but also cooler people! It's a small place with modest but warm and welcoming atmosphere. Perfect if you're looking for a reliable and delicious tasting coffee in the morning before you start your day. Take home bean bags, perfect for souvenirs if you're traveling! I wish them the best for their business and will visit again soon when coming back to Hanoi.

  A hidden gem in Hanoi with warm service, a cozy atmosphere, and a great selection of Vietnamese, international, and house-roasted coffee blends. Loved the pour-over and wished I could have stayed longer. Hope to visit again someday. Cảm ơn! 😊🙏

  We are coffee enthusiasts that have tried a lot of specialty coffees around Hanoi. This has been one of the top ones we've found. We bought 3 bags of beans since it was so good. The staff were very helpful.

  This is an amazing café with excellent coffee! But what stood out to me the most was the people. They were incredibly kind and friendly. I complimented their cup sleeves, and they generously gave me two to take home as souvenirs. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture. In the end, it’s these small moments and the connections we make with people that stay with us. Visiting this café was a truly beautiful experience, and one I will remember for a long time. :)

  Our favourite hang for manually brewed coffee while here in Hanoi. It’s a roastery so you get freshly roasted deliciousness in your cup. Warm staff too. I loved the cloth coasters so the barista gifted us some to take back home with us. Lots of love from India and we’ll always be back when in Hanoi. ❤️

  Really awesome to have visited this speciality coffee roaster in my visit back to Hanoi. To be honest, having been here a couple of times it’s still hard to find such dedicated coffee shops that sources unique and quality beans. Glad to have found this place. Was pleasantly introduced to the variety of beans and options of coffee by their friendly staff. The whole experience was just perfect for a chill morning in a quiet location by the river too. Their donkey blend definitely was one of a kind. Thanks again Donkey Coffee Roastery, will definitely be back!

  Pour over was really good, we tried a bunch of their beans and even brought home a couple of bags. Good neighborhood coffee vibes!
