Had the chance to try the Vietnam Roadtrip set at Raaw Coffee, which comes with 4 cups of different local beans. All were brewed using the AeroPress method, and truly impressed by how bright, clean, and well-balanced each cup tasted. You can really appreciate the unique character of every region’s beans. The service was warm and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The café has ample seating space, and every corner feels thoughtfully designed — perfect for photos! The overall vibe is very chill and relaxing. Definitely a place I would recommend to coffee enthusiasts, and will surely come back again for another round. ☕🌿

I ordered their basic iced latte. It tasted really nice with a subtle nutty note solid overall. The cafe has a super chill vibe for sipping coffee and getting some work done, and it’s huge with multiple seating areas.

Always pleased to find cafes that know their beans like RAAW Coffee. They specialize on Vietnamese beans and offer different brewing methods. The cafe is big enough that you can surely find a spot to work or chill with your coffee.

I visited RAAW Coffee and tried two of their single-origin pour-overs: Đà Lạt Natural Bourbon and Sơn La Arabica. The Đà Lạt Natural Bourbon was the highlight for me. It had a very fruity and complex profile with clear berry notes and a light wine-like character. The sweetness came through nicely, and the cup felt juicy and vibrant without being overly sour. A great example of a well-processed natural coffee from Vietnam. The Sơn La Arabica was much cleaner and more delicate. It had a floral aroma with citrus notes and a light tea-like body. Very refreshing and easy to drink, especially if you prefer a lighter, more elegant coffee style. Overall, RAAW does a great job showcasing Vietnamese specialty beans with clear differences in processing and origin. The baristas were knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the flavor profiles. Highly recommended if you enjoy fruity, clean, and well-roasted specialty coffee in Hanoi.

The coffee was amazing! Locally sourced by Vietnamese farms. The owner and baristas are very knowledgeable about their coffee. I also loved the character of this cafe: spacious and open, clean and modern interior, indoor courtyard, outdoor balcony overlooking the old quarter, nice touches with plants, all in a beautiful French-style building. Lots of seating and natural lighting. Definitely my favorite cafe in Hanoi 💛💛 Wish you a happy business!

We came here initially for a quick coffee, but found ourselves coming back repeatedly over our course in Hanoi. The matcha was absolutely delectable and the coffee was amazing too. It was an incredibly workspace, and the atmosphere was so cute!! It’s incredibly aesthetic and a very conducive environment to be productive or social!! Highly recommend it to anyone in Old Quarter!

We came here based on a recommendation from another barista, and it turned out to be the best coffee experience we had in Hanoi. The Staff were super kind and really know what they're doing. They were warm, attentive, and took the time to give us recommendations and some tips on the beans and tea we bought, which made the experience even more special. So if you appreciate great speciality coffee this place is absolutely worth a stop! thank you again!
