  Really lovely, cozy coffee shop. The girls that work here are clearly passionate about coffee, and in addition to some single-origin pour-over options, there are quite a few coffee concoctions that are both unique and intriguing. Definitely the sort of place you have to stop in to at least once to get a feel for both the atmosphere and the care for the brew. Definitely recommend taking a few minutes to relax here and sip your coffee!

  'Dirty Green' here is great. The matcha flavor is umami and complex, making for a well-rounded experience. I also tried the 'Dirty Origin' with Ethiopia beans and was equally impressed; the amber crema was beautiful, and the aroma was so inviting. Besides those, a Latte with Honduras SHG (barrel-fermented) beans also was a really cool experience. It tastes like liquor candy—sweet from the milk but the beans' personality still shines through. The alcohol flavor is very clear, which makes the latte feel light and not too greasy The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back to try more!

  Lovely cafe with phenomenal creative drinks. Had the single origin dirty and tamagotchi. Both were very well executed. The dirty was a little different than the ones I had in China (less of a distinct top layer and more of a slight emulsion) but still really good in their own right. The tamagotchi was a true standout. Very creative use of pop rock candy with subtle sweetness and texture throughout the drink.

  Very good coffee. I ordered the cà phê sữa both in-store and on GrabFood and it was excellent each time. It’s made with espresso and served with a spherical ice block so the coffee stays chilled without getting watered down. The GrabFood packaging is also completely plastic-free. A+

  Easily one of the best coffees I’ve had in Vietnam. It was perfectly balanced, not too sweet and the fresh ground to order beans were excellent! 10/10 no notes.

  My favourite matcha in hanoi 🫶 This place does not specifically specialise in matcha and they serve coffee too, but the matcha was so delicious I would definitely come back if I have the chance Matcha on its own was astringent, grassy but also tasted complex and umami, there were complex taste notes and its definitely made using a good quality matcha powder! And it was also freshly whisked and the microfoam was SOO GOODDDD When mixed with the milk the matcha became so nutty! and mixed into a beautiful green. It was so creamy and just everything u would want in a matcha latte. It is perfect for both matcha beginners and purists 😻 it was so good i'm definitely coming back Staff were nice, and it is not difficult to order as a non vietnamese, service was good and drinks prepared relatively quickly The design and concept of the shop was so unique and aesthetic. And the menu was so pinterest coded However since i had it as a takeaway, the cup was not filled to the brim which maybe is just due to their standard serving amount, but there was also quite a lot of ice used in the cup so the volume of the matcha was quite less, but the quality makes up for it‼️ Overall im definitely coming back , based on the matcha places I've tried in hanoi this is so far the best and the GOATED matcha place 😍

  Hands down the best coffee we’ve had in Vietnam. Room501 Coffee Roasters serves exceptional coffee — perfectly brewed, smooth, and full of flavour. You can tell real care and expertise goes into every cup. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Great atmosphere, amazing service, and world-class coffee. A must-visit for any coffee lover. ☕️

  Great selection of interesting beans. The staffs could speak about their coffee pretty well too. But to me the extraction of espresso/ristretto had some room for improvement. The Honduras sherry latte that I ordered, despite having an extra shot, had a somewhat dilute taste and consistency. Dirty, with an extra shot as well, also had the cream/milk overpowering the coffee although the cup size is very small—in comparison, dirty in China do not have this issue. The place is small but cozy, with decent WiFi. Oh yea they do not accept cards.
