  Would 1000% recommend if you are coming from abroad and wanting to get any kind of dental work done!! I had booked a scale and polish along with teeth whitening treatment. When I came in I didn’t wait long whilst a member of staff helped me to check in and fill out my details. Then within 5 minutes I was escorted upstairs to begin my check up. I was then told I also needed to have some fillings done which was also supported with pictures of my teeth to show that I had a few cavities. I was really impressed by this as not many places do this and it was able to show that they were not trying to push unnecessary treatments onto me. I ended up only being able to have one really deep cavity treated as I didn’t have enough time to have the rest done but otherwise I would have as it only costs 530,000vnd per tooth (approx £15 per tooth)!!! After having my filling, she moved onto my scale and polish which was super quick before we started with my whitening process. This was done very professionally and they take care of you really well as they constantly ask questions to make sure you are okay and if you experience any sensitivity so they can help you. The dentist also suggested for me to use a certain toothpaste to help the whitening last longer but did not pressure me into make a purchase at all!! I came in at 8.30am and finished by 10.30am for everything!! Overall I paid 4.6mil vnd for everything including the toothpaste and the staff were amazing!! The dentists are super knowledgeable and sweet and they even have a specific english translator who is really helpful in explaining everything clearly. They even gifted me a super cute free tote bag at the end of my treatment!!

  Got two large cavities fixed and I really recommend this place! They are good in English and we didn’t need to use translate at all. They explained the whole process really well and talked me through everything. I was really nervous but they made me feel safe and calm. It was quick but not rushed and was fixed in maybe 40 minutes. The X ray was free, I payed 40$ per tooth for large holes in the upper and lower back chin tooth. The day after they messaged me to ask if everything was ok and if I had any questions. Thank you so much! 🙏 Really recommend this place!

  had my tooth filled and cleaning here yesterday. i like the service and nice attitude. i came without any prior appointment and received my treatment very quickly. the price might be a bit higher compared to some other dentists in Hanoi, but I’m satisfied overall! one more thing i loved, the next day they texted me to check on me, so sweet of them!

  Me and my partner came to Dr.Smile to get our teeth cleaned and it didn’t disappoint, from the moment we arrived, we were taken care of and made to feel at home. The treatment done was amazing and executed with skill and precision, for the work done, the prices are extremely affordable compared to London. I would highly recommend coming to Dr.Smile if you want regular teeth cleaning or even fillings done, what a great place.

  I am from Australia and booked in for a consultation and clean. My experience felt like a beauty treatment. Had one filling repair done with no anaesthetic and no discomfort. Deep clean of my teeth done and again no discomfort at all. Then the treatment for cleaning was fabulous with a salt water pressure clean. My teeth look and feel fantastic and now I’m enjoying my holiday. Highly recommend dentist with expert technicians.

  I booked via Instagram message and it was really easy, they were really clear about pricing. The receptionist was so welcoming and gifted me a little tube of toothpaste. The clean was good and professional. They even took before and after pictures of my teeth and sent them to me after when I asked. Overall a great experience and I would come again. The highlight was the receptionist being so lovely! They even offered my girlfriend some water who was waiting for me in reception.

  As someone from Portugal who is usually terrified of dentists, I couldn't have asked for a better experience in Hanoi! I came in for a deep cleaning, scaling, and a filling, and the team was incredibly attentive and kind. They made me feel completely at ease and explained every step of the process. It was super fast, professional, and very affordable. I especially loved that they took before and after photos so I could see the results immediately. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi!

  Had a really great experience at this dentist in Hanoi. The service from start to finish was professional, friendly and reassuring. I had a full hygiene clean and teeth whitening done, and I’m really happy with the results. The clinic was super clean, modern and the staff explained everything clearly throughout the process. What stood out most was the aftercare and attention to detail — they made sure I was comfortable and gave great advice on maintaining the results. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting or living in Hanoi looking for quality dental care!
