  I had my second dental implant done by Dr. Conf. It was a minimally invasive, incision free dental implant, and the anesthesia was gentle and painless. What I love most about Dr. Cong is how fast he works, he is incredibly quick but highly accurate. I also highly recommend the clinic for its top notch Korean equipment and clean, hygienic facility. I’ve been coming only to Global Dental since a colleague recommended it to me three years ago. You can definitely trust this place!

  I had several dental treatments done by Dr. Cong in Hanoi, including a root canal, tooth extraction, dental implants, and cavity fillings. After trying many dentists in the area, I can confidently say that Dr. Cong is by far the most experienced and professional one I’ve met. He really knows what he’s doing, especially when it comes to anaesthesia, which never worked properly for me with other dentists. With him, I felt comfortable and pain-free throughout every procedure. He’s also gentle, quick, and precise, which made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. The prices are very reasonable, and the clinic even offers discounts, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m truly satisfied with the results and the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Cong to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist in Hanoi!

  My first wisdom tooth extraction was honestly not as scary as I expected. I was really nervous at first, because hearing about wisdom tooth removal always makes it sound painful and stressful. But the whole experience here turned out to be much smoother than I thought. From the consultation to the extraction, everything felt clear and professional. Dr. Công was the one who removed my tooth, and he made me feel calm throughout the process. He worked carefully, explained things in a very simple way, which helped me feel much more relaxed. What I appreciated most was that I felt well taken care of the entire time. The procedure was quick, the pain was manageable, and the aftercare instructions were clear. If you are looking for a reliable dental clinic in Hanoi and a dentist with real experience, this is definitely a place you could definitely trust.   Global Dental is fantastic! We had to see a dentist for a broken filling that needed to be replaced quickly. We booked an appointment via WhatsApp and Global Dental was flexible with scheduling updates. We were checked in and the dentist saw us right away. The diagnosis was quick and so was the procedure. They provided us with all the necessary paperwork to submit an insurance claim and worked with us for additional questions the insurance company had on the claim to get it all resolved. I would recommend Global Dental to anyone who needs a dentist appointment in Hanoi. You will be given friendly and professional service, leaving you with a smile brighter than when you entered!

  Highly recommended! I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic in Vietnam. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire procedure, explaining every step clearly and patiently.   I didn't believe it. Just because it can't be, that everything is so good. But. From the first step in, all the staff, all the doctors just made me feel very comfortable and calm. Yes, I had this fear from my childhood, connected with dentists. Dr. Cong is super polite, friendly and professional. He didn't try to push me and buy all the useless procedures. I asked him many questions and he answered all of them with a very good English. Prices are more than reasonable. All the rooms at the clinic are super clean. I'm surprised because it's Vietnam, I visited many hospitals here, I know what I am talking about. So my teeth are fixed and I got the cleaning done, so I'm happy and come back in September!

  I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at Global Dental was awful from beginning to end. About six months ago, I came here to remove two wisdom teeth, and that started a nightmare. My teeth were deep and vertical, leaving large holes after extraction. Right after pulling my teeth, the dentist told me to rinse my mouth with water — something you should never do because it can wash away the blood clot. He said there was “too much blood,” but that’s no excuse for such carelessness. After that, he only gave me a few short and unclear aftercare instructions which is not nearly enough. I didn’t know how long to bite the cotton, when to remove it, or how to clean the wound. I had to search everything online. Every answer I got from him was vague. Isn’t proper aftercare the most basic thing a dentist should explain? Then came dry socket — the most painful experience I’ve ever had. I could literally see the bone in the hole. I couldn’t open my mouth for almost three weeks, couldn’t eat, and lost 6 kg. The dentist kept saying “it’s fine” until things got worse. Only later did he try a blood treatment that finally helped. Recently, I went to another clinic to remove my other wisdom tooth, and the difference was unbelievable — professional, careful, clear communication, and much cheaper. I recovered quickly and without pain. That’s when I realized how unprofessional Global Dental really was. I came back here just to write this zero-star review so you can understand how angry I am at this place. I honestly don’t understand how this place has such high ratings. Avoid this place!
