  The best dentist in the world. All the staff are fantastic, so kind and helpful. Dr Nam is the best dentist I've ever met, he is so gentle and careful, and I will be coming back even though I live in the wrong half of the world. I'm no longer afraid of the dentist! Extra thanks to Jayden who was so patient and put up with all my long questions. Thank you Dr Nam and all the team!

  My past dental experience left me with PTSD so intense I cried when I only needed dental photos! Going to NAVII in Hanoi was the best experience I’ve ever had! They literally held my arm throughout the surgical procedure! Their staff was so attentive, thorough and compassionate. I never knew it could be such a pleasant experience!

  Navi dental care is in old quarter so if you are staying there it's walkable. I just turned up filled in a form and was immediately seen by DC Nam for a scale and polish 30 minutes he is really good and thorough in his work.They speak English and the dental room is modern I paid 400000 dong which I was well pleased.The receptionist was very nice too .I would definitely recommend this place .

  Really helpful service - I am travelling and required some more aligner chews for my Invisalign. I am not a patient here but they were happy to assist and give me some for free. Really fast contact via WhatsApp and friendly staff. Thank you!

  Worst of all the worst dental clinic, not even worth a star. The dentist Phûong Hā who di my partner was very unprofessional and not sure if she is really a qualified dentist. We always had our teeth look after every time we go home to our country so we knew what is good and not good. Look what she did to my partner’s teeth. If you are looking a dentist to look after your teeth please save your money, time and effort. I’m pretty sure there will be other great dentists out there. To the owner of this clinic, I’d suggest look for another dentist the certified and professional one.

  Worst dentist I have ever been in my life. The dentist was unprofessional. I was trying to communicate via translator and was agreed with the said price which was 800,000vnd per tooth for dental fillings. She was not concern on how it will look like. I just wanted to cry and leave. She tried to fill the gaps with literally no space to floss, uneven (first 3 photos). I was trying to tell her that it looks unnatural and please leave some space between each tooth to make it look natural, but she made it worse. She was pissed when I was trying to tell her that I am not satisfied and rushing to use her phone. Putting a lot of pressure on my head and putting her dental staff on my chest. I was so disappointed. Worse worse worse experience in Vietnam.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic. I booked an appointment three days in advance and received a confirmation the day before. However, when I arrived on time for my appointment at 11:00, I was told that the dentist was busy with an emergency extraction and that my appointment had to be cancelled on the spot. While emergencies can happen, the way this was handled shows a clear lack of professionalism. There was no prior notice, no alternative offered, and no attempt to reschedule. I had already organized my schedule around this appointment, only to be turned away upon arrival. As a foreigner, this was especially frustrating, as you rely on clear communication and professionalism when seeking services abroad. Unfortunately, this clinic showed neither. I would not recommend this place, particularly to foreigners, as appointments do not seem to be reliable and can be cancelled at the last minute without proper handling.
