I had a great experience with Dr. Ni. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Her care and attention to detail really stood out, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I was incredibly impressed by Dr. Dao Thu Trang’s responsiveness from the very first moment I contacted the clinic. She took the time to truly understand my issue, was completely honest and transparent about what she could do, and didn’t hesitate to refer me to a specialist if needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and integrity are rare to find. Thanks to her, I finally resolved a long-standing problem. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for honest, trustworthy, and genuinely caring treatment

I walked past the clinic and decided to come in for a consultation and wisdom tooth extraction. I thought it would be very painful, but it was actually very smooth. There was only slight discomfort, nothing significant ❤️ Thank you to the team for your support. Everyone worked very professionally. Dr. Trang has such gentle hands 🌸

I highly recommend the clinic and especially Dr. Ni. I had an urgent situation with my teeth, it is not very pleasant to find yourself in such a situation on vacation. The clinic made an appointment very quickly, they did an x-ray right on the spot. The clinic is modernly equipped. After the examination, Dr. Ni explained what the problem was and how to fix it. It was absolutely clear that Dr. Ni is a professional and I can safely trust her hands. She made the treatment, she just saved me! I can safely recommend the clinic and Dr. Ni in particular. Thank you very much for your professional help!

I went here as a tourist for a dental problem. The doctors spoke English very well. It was very clean inside, they explained what they were doing and were very fast. I also got my teeth cleaned. They helped me out very good with everything and I would definitely recommend this place.

Within just a few months after treatment (performed in October 2025), I was told by an independent dentist that 3 out of the 4 teeth treated here will likely need to be redone. If you’re looking for precise, long-lasting restorative work — this was not my experience. (This review is being written at the end of December 2025.) I came to this clinic for work on four teeth: an inlay and an onlay on the left side (to replace an old mercury filling, not because of an urgent problem), and two adjacent E-max crowns on the right side. The inlay/onlay process involved multiple impressions (2–3 times) and remakes. Each time a new piece was tried, more tooth structure had to be removed to attempt to make it fit. Even after the final visit, the restorations never felt right — especially when chewing harder foods. I was advised to “observe and give it time,” but the discomfort did not resolve. After a few weeks, I got a second opinion. The dentist explained that the core issue is fit/precision: the inlay/onlay needs to be removed and remade. She also pointed out that the gap between the two adjacent crowns is much larger than it should be — floss passes through very easily and food gets trapped, leading to ongoing irritation and hygiene problems. Because of this, at least one crown may also need to be redone. I contacted the clinic to resolve this. Their solution was that I should return to Hanoi for further treatment (including free RCT if needed) and they would remake the work under warranty. However, after the results I experienced — and being told that most of the treated teeth may need retreatment — I do not feel comfortable returning to the same provider as the only solution. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told they cannot refund because the laboratory costs/materials were already paid and the lab handles remakes. As a patient, my payment and treatment were with the clinic — not the laboratory — so this did not feel like a fair resolution. Bottom line: I paid for long-term restorations, but within a short time I was advised that most of the treated teeth may need to be redone. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who needs high-precision, long-lasting restorative work.
