  I went there for wisdom tooth extraction. Everything went very smoothly and done in just 30 min without any appointment. Hoài(English translator) helped me through whole experience. She was really firendly and explained everything very clearly. Clinic is very modern and clean.

  I had a great experience at Winsmile! I truly loved the service they provided. The doctors and staff were all very kind, patient, and professional. During my consultation, Manager Hoang carefully explained the best options for my teeth and answered all my questions clearly. His English was very good, which made me feel comfortable and helped me understand everything easily. Dr. Hoang, his assistant Tung, and the other female staff members were all very polite and accommodating. I was especially touched by their service because they truly went above and beyond. My available time was only at 4:00 PM, and although I knew the clinic usually closes at 6:00 PM, they stayed beyond working hours to complete my dental procedure and made sure everything was done thoroughly. I’m very glad that I chose Winsmile, and I would highly recommend this clinic for veneers and other dental services. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made my experience very positive.

  If you are traveling in Vietnam and need dental care, look no further than WINSMILE! I broke my front tooth during my trip and was so relieved by the experience here. From the moment I reached out on Messenger, their response was incredibly fast. The clinic is spotless and comfortable, and they treat every client like a VIP. The staff member who assisted me spoke fantastic English, making the whole process stress-free. Fast, professional, and friendly—I highly recommend them!   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Win Smile Dental Clinic in Hanoi highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was so kind, patient and genuinely caring. I have a very difficult mouth and can get anxious with dental work, but they took the time to explain everything, checked in constantly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. I had teeth cleaning done and was blown away by both the results and how affordable it was. The clinic is spotless, modern, and incredibly professional. If you’re visiting Hanoi or living here and looking for a dental clinic you can fully trust, this is the place. Exceptional care, amazing results, and the loveliest team. 💖🦷✨

  An amazing dentist if you have any emergency problems. The wire on the back of my teeth had come off and was cutting my tongue. I went in took a seat and saw a doctor within 10 minutes. They gave me a few options and fixed it there and then. Due to the small issue they said it was a Vietnamese gift and I was allowed it for free. They speak , Super helpful, really clean, incredibly polite, fully recommend!

  I made an appointment at this place because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. I went to get the plate for bruxism and also to finish the process with a molar. Everyone is very friendly, they explained me the entire process, the attention is professional, with top-level machines and very clean. The price is excellent for the quality and attention. I highly recommend it. Thank you to the entire team!

  I am from USA. I got old Invisalign attachments removed and a teeth cleaning. It went amazing they took good care of me and my teeth. Everly booked the laser teeth whitening, but they informed me that my teeth were too white, and it would be a waste of money. Which I really really appreciate! All of the girls are so sweet, good English translation and clean office. I would recommend

  I visited this clinic on March 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM ( Name Morgane D) for a teeth whitening consultation but decided not to proceed due to a very uncomfortable experience. When I arrived, I was seated without any clear explanation of the procedure. I asked if the person attending me was a dentist, and she said no. The staff attending me did not speak English, which can happen, but what made the situation difficult was the complete lack of effort to communicate. In many places in Vietnam, staff will use translation apps to help — here, no such effort was made. When I asked basic questions, the staff appeared visibly irritated. They sighed loudly whenever I tried to ask something and spoke to each other in Vietnamese in a tone and with body language that clearly conveyed frustration and impatience, even though I could not understand the exact words. At one point, one of the staff members stood up abruptly and removed her coat in a brusque manner, which felt quite intimidating. One of the assistants also became quite brusque in her movements and pulled on my mouth in a way that felt uncomfortable. This made me feel uneasy and not confident in continuing the treatment. At one point, a staff member at the reception desk appeared to be filming me with a phone directed toward me. When I questioned this, the only staff member who spoke some English told me she was “just sending messages,” but the phone remained pointed at me, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the price mentioned was higher than initially expected and not clearly explained beforehand. I chose this clinic based on its many positive reviews on Google. However, after my experience, I took the time to read the lower-rated reviews and noticed that some described situations similar to mine. This made me feel that my experience may not be an isolated case, and I believe it is important for future patients to read both positive and negative feedback before making a decision. Because of all these concerns, I chose to stop and leave. I believe that better communication, professionalism, and patient comfort should be a priority.
