  I came here originally for a clean and teeth whitening but only got my teeth cleaned instead. He was very thorough, honest and gentle. I am very happy with the service as he was able to remove the glue residue from the Invisalign service I had in Australia when two of the dentists there did not properly remove them. I didn't end up going for the whitening service as my teeth were too sensitive.

  The dentist and assistants did an excellent job ensuring our teeth were completely plaque-free, taking the time to clean them thoroughly with great professionalism and care. I’m especially grateful to the assistant who patiently communicated with us by typing on the phone, as we are deaf — that extra effort made us feel comfortable and respected throughout the visit. The dentist even surprised me by communicating with me in Chinese through the phone on behalf of my partner, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They even managed to have my partner’s night guard made within the same day, which was incredibly convenient. We also truly appreciate receiving a complimentary scan for our consultation, which showed their commitment to providing a complete and thoughtful service. I’d gladly recommend them to my friends whenever they have the chance to visit Hanoi.

  I recently visited this clinic and was truly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided to each and every client. The outstanding experience begins the moment you book an appointment — the staff are incredibly accommodating, adjusting to your schedule and communicating with you every step of the way. Once you arrive, you’re welcomed into the care of excellent doctors who make you feel safe and well looked after. One of the highlights of my visit was the amazing assistant who guided me throughout the entire process. This assistant speaks both Russian and English fluently, which made communication smooth and stress-free. The clinic itself is modern and very clean, with comfortable waiting rooms. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking high-quality medical care with a personal touch.

  I highly recommend this clinic to people who are looking for professional dentists, modern equipment and welcoming and individual approach. My experience is 10/10. You do not even need to worry about translation, there is a nice lady that translates both into English and Russian. Thank you again ❤️

  Very satisfied with the services provided by MIA dental clinic. Had 1 broken tooth patched another 1 tooth’s root canal and crown done within 2 sessions. Great customer services with no issues or pain with the dentist and his assistants skills. Overall happy with my experience at this dental clinic, language was communicated through translation app for english with the assistants and spoke fluent mandarin with the dentist which I do not have any issue, everything was proper and all questions addressed. Going to return for another dental implant.
