  I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic! The service was excellent from start to finish. The doctor speaks very good English — he actually studied in the UK — which made communication super easy and reassuring. The equipment and materials all look new and modern, and the staff can also speak English quite well, so everything went smoothly. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of care you get. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional and comfortable dental experience!

  The experience was pretty pleasant. The dentist was very kind and made sure I felt comfortable with the filling redesign of one of my upper teeth. The cleaning was fast and great. Staff is friendly and welcoming ☺️

  Doctors gave me clear explanation of what my issues are. Recommendations are not pushy. Cleaning is thorough and doctor is attentive to my level of comfort and adjust accordingly. Staff are helpful and gentle. Recommend!

  Very nice office. The receptionist is very kind and speaks good English. I went for teeth cleaning and she did and awesome job. They also ask if you want to speak with a doctor if you have any underlying issues with your teeth. A man was discussing a root canal beside me and the doctor was very informative and answered all his questions and was quite reassuring. The location is a bit in the cut bit they give you a precise address if you are taking grab or if you drive yourself.

  I wanted teeth whitening (with laser treatment) and I came across V Trust Dental. I messaged them on WhatsApp prior to my trip to Hanoi and was impressed with their professionalism. On the day of my appointment, they provided me clear instructions on how to get to their new location. The process was very simple. The doctor examined my teeth and we went over any concerns. 2 hygienists cleaned my teeth, and proceed with 2 rounds of gel + laser treatments. My teeth became 1 shade lighter (as my teeth were already A1/A2 shade prior to my appointment). Very happy with my experience!

  I am sharing this review on behalf of a close friend who recently visited for teeth whitening. She was visiting Hanoi as a tourist from France and chose this clinic because it is very popular with international travelers. ​The booking process was very smooth, and we were glad to easily secure an appointment just two days in advance. She was happy with the overall result of the treatment. However, there are a few things future travelers might want to know beforehand. ​First, the clinic operates on a strict cash-only basis, which was unfortunately not mentioned when we booked. For international tourists who might not carry large amounts of cash, this can be quite unexpected and inconvenient, so it is best to prepare ahead of time. ​Additionally, my friend felt the experience was a bit rushed, with no initial consultation to discuss the procedure or teeth sensitivity. The cleanliness of the facility also felt a bit lower than the standard one might typically expect from a dental office. She also felt quite uncomfortable during the treatment because the staff placed all the dental tools directly on her chest (on top of the towel) rather than using a proper tray or side table. ​While it is a convenient option due to the quick and easy booking, a bit more transparency regarding payment, a gentler pace, and stricter professional hygiene standards would make it a much better experience.
