  Great experience at Viet Bi Premium in Hanoi. Yen took care of my cleaning and was thorough while being very gentle around my permanent aligner wire, which I really appreciated. She explained clearly what areas I need to improve on, without making it feel overwhelming. Super personable too so much so that we even took a selfie at the end :) they stayed open so j could make it after the closing hours. Professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Highly recommend!! 👏🏻👏🏻

  I was in the plane going to Hanoi when suddenly I felt my teeth aching. It was then I realized I needed to get an emergency teeth filling. I was researching what’s the best dental clinic in Hanoi, especially with foreigners and it lead me to this clinic. I must say, they’re right about the reviews I read online. Dr. Lam was amazing and very gentle. He really took the time to let me know what I needed to do with my teeth. Also the staff are very professional and hospitable. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Dr. Lam was excellent. He explained everything in perfect English. It was very easy to coordinate for this special first aid treatment. My wife had a crown that fell off her tooth. We communicated with The clinic on WhatsApp and they were willing even to wait for us after hours until we will come and get the treatment the price was very reasonable and we felt very confident and also we will definitely recommend this place to everyone. We know the doctor also gave us advice concerning other tooth that didn’t have didn’t have to undergo a treatment right now, but he gave us some ideas for what we need to do in the future. This is an excellent place to be.

  Before I flew to Vietnam, I suddenly developed a toothache. I’d previously been to my dentist back home in Liverpool, UK, and asked about this tooth, but I was told everything was fine. Today I went for a check-up and had X-rays done, which is something my dentist at home had also done for this particular tooth. However, the technology here seemed much more advanced than what I’m used to. It turned out I needed a root canal. It definitely wasn’t something I had planned on my Vietnam itinerary, but I thought I might as well get it done. At £85, it was a great price. My spontaneous root canal experience was amazing the staff did a fantastic job. It was mildly time consuming but worth it, and completely painless. They did their best with translation to accommodate me and keep me informed throughout. Very professional and clean. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

  I just had a laser teeth whitening session here. The female dentist is not only gentle and beautiful but also very thorough with the teeth cleaning process. I am extremely satisfied with the professional service and the brilliant results. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone!
