  Amazing gym and pricing, the equipment is all great and th staff are lovely. Once you sign up for a day pass you get a free protein shake, bar, electrolyte drink ah water, plus a towel for showering afterwards. I will definitely be returning whilst I’m staying in Hanoi. Great work Roth team at 7fit

  Great gym with clean and well-maintained facilities. The owner was very kind and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. We also received a free protein bar, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommended! 💪😊

  Mike has a fantastic gym! The layout is great, Cardio upstairs, free weights and machines downstairs. The view is great! Day passes that include a protein bar, protein shake, electrolytes, water and a towel, all for 320.000VND, we got a discount as we did 2 days so it came to 600.000VND. I would highly recommend 🙌

  Travelling through Vietnam and this was a great place to have a workout in between. All the machines needed for a good session are available. You can take different passes if you want more than just a workout. The passes cost you around 250-300k. I took the premium pass (320k) that comes with water, towel, electrolytes, shower, protein bar and shake. Amazing for the price. Definitely recommend.

  Fantastic gym. Some really good machines for hypertrophy particularly the chest support T bar row and single arm smith machine - absolutely elite see image! Great little deal with water, protien etc. included. Owner Manh answered all of my many questions and was very helpful. Thanks, Ryan

  Great gym! It’s beautiful. Small but has everything you need. Perfect value for money. You get your water, electrolytes , a protein bar and a protein shake included in your day pass.

  Super good gym! The staff/coaches were very friendly and service oriented! Very affordable price as well. I highly recommend this gym💪
